Cartoon found on the Sputnik International News website along with a small description of Denmark's response to refugees (https://sputniknews.com/cartoons/20151211/1031606045/denmark-poor-refugees-cartoon.html). The cartoon is a response to the Danish bill that allows the government to seize cash or valuables from refugees. Article orginaly posten on Sputnik on November 11th, 2015.
Cartoon orginally published in the Danish newspaper, Berlingske Tindene. I was not able to find the orginal artist, but the cartoon was posted to the newspapers website in August of 2016 (http://www.b.dk/). The cartoon reads: "Who is that running in the opposite direction?" "Politicians fleeing responsibility." The cartoon is in response to the poor treatment of Syrian refugees in Denmark and the right-wings almost hostile reponse to those seeking asylum.
Cartoon by Simon Kneebone, an Australian illustrator. The cartoon was orginally drawn in 2014 as a response to people from Indonesia trying to reach Australia by boat. An article from Matthew Champion describes how the cartoon has gained attention during the recent migrant crisis (https://www.indy100.com/article/the-cartoon-that-sums-up-the-worlds-migrant-crisis--g12atJpSWZ). The article was posted in September of 2015.

Another short article from Waterford Whispers News published on September 20th, 2016. The fictional article satirizes how unwilling the Irish people are to accept refugees. The article jokes about how few refugees Ireland has accepted and how they are outraged about the lack of background checks on a fictional 9 year old orphan girl.
Originally aired on CBS on November 19th, 2015 after the terrorist attack in Paris. Colbert (like other late night hosts) focuses on Repulican candidates' thoughts on the refugee crisis. Colbert also mentions how some candidates only want to accept Christian refugees. He also includes commentary on President Obama's response to the Republican candidates.

I was wary of posting this as a work of satire, but I do think it is an attmept at satire by the right-wing Danish party, who is attmepting to make light of the refugees with what is essentially a fake pest repellent. As use of pepper spray is illegal in Denmark, the cans are filled with hairspray, which I actually thought was kind of funny.
The Danish government is unlikely to be amused.

The video was shared by a popular Danish radio station, P3-DR. The article was posted on the Washington Post's website on February 2nd, 2016 following the passing of a new Danish bill that would allow the government to seize cash and valuables from refugees in reparation for being hosted in the country.

Article from the Irish satirical news website, Waterford Whispers News. The article was posted to the website June 24th, 2016, following Brexit. It satirizes British people by comparing them to Syrian refugees who are seeking refuge in the EU.
Last Week Tonight with John Oliver. Originally aired on HBO in September 2016. Oliver focuses on the US's response to the Syrian refugee crisis. The video responds to state govenors' repsonses to refugees as well as the fear that terrorists are hiding themselves as refugees.
Late Night host Seth Meyers disects the responses of Republican nominees to the refugee crisis. Candidates fear that ISIS is hiding terrorists as refugees. Meyers also describes how American-sent weapons end up in the hands of ISIS fighters. Originally broadcast on NBC in October 2015.
