He laughs again at the light punch. Kyler really did feel bad that Kit barked and growled at Julian as much as she did. Hazel hues may have held a small amount of pity as the other pouted again. ❝ I’m sure you’ll grow on her… eventually. I mean, if she didn’t like you at least a little she probably wouldn’t let you come near me. ❞ The words were more for comfort than anything else. He couldn’t be positive the words would prove true. He was well aware of how much the son of Hades loved animals only for them to dislike him.
❝ I care if you get in trouble. I don’t want you in trouble over me, gods Julian. ❞ But he was grinning. The prospect of running off with the elder didn’t seem so bad, though he didn’t really want to give his grandparents that sort of shock. ❝ Oh ? What’d you two do while I was gone, then ? I feel like Nana was probably thrilled when you showed up just for the dog. ❞ He pressed a little kiss to Julian’s nose before pulling him as close as he could. ❝ I missed you too. So we can stay like this as long as you want to. ❞
‘ The eventually didn’t need to be added...!’ His pout grew a little, though he felt somewhat reassured by the other’s words, even if they were just a comfort, he chose to believe them as truth. He’d always wanted a dog growing up, but every time him and his mother went to the shelter to adopt one, they’d either cower in fear of him and bark and growl. It was quite the disappointment for the young demigod. So now he was hoping with this opportunity he’d be able to get Kit to ( eventually ) like him.
Julian scoffed at Kyler’s next words, quirking a brow as a smirk curls his lips. ‘ Didn’t you know Kyler ? I’m Julian, I’m the bad kid, I always get in trouble one way or another.’ Despite getting really good grades and keeping to himself most of the time, trouble just seemed to follow him. Or more accurately, people that wanted to make trouble for him. ‘ We.. um, I dunno, hung out. Went for.. walks.. and other things.. you do with dogs ?’ His eyes squeezed shut in anticipation when the younger’s face was suddenly coming closer to his own, though when he blinked them open he was left with slight disappointment at having being kissed not where he’d been expecting to be. ‘ Good.. I wanna stay.. for a long time..’

His arms tightened as the older demigod snuggled closer to him. A laugh forced its way passed his lips as he listened to Julian. So he and Kit had bonded and his boyfriend hadn’t missed him at all ? That story sounded a little sketchy to the son of Athena. ❝ When you say you bonded with Kit, was it all one sided bonding on your part or have you finally managed to get my dog to like you ? ❞ He smiled as he felt Julian’s arms tighten around him. The chuckle made his heart feel light.
❝ I see… did you ? It sounds like you and Kit had an awfully good time without me. Hmm. I would have stayed if I could’ve. But you know, previous obligations and all that made it a little hard. I don’t know if you should say kidnap– might get you into trouble– I wouldn’t be mad if you did, though. Staying like this is a nice idea. ❞
He gasps and gives a light punch to Kyler’s arm. ‘ She does like me ! ...Deep deep down. Probably.. I know she does. Just because she barks and kinda growls at me sometimes.. she---she still likes me.’ His lips form a pout as he speaks, though it was all probably just wishful thinking. He’d been trying to get her to like him, but she still seemed rather hesitant.
He shrugs, snuggling in a little closer and gives a small sigh. ‘ So what ? I don’t care if I get if trouble. They can try and stop all they want. Won’t work. But--- yes, me and Kit did have an awfully good time without you. But.. still.. I missed you so--.. so we have to stay like this f-for a while. Okay ?’

I understand tbh. I struggled with that when I was deciding on making this Kyler’s blog. I had less threads with the other muses so I was able to just move them. Whatever is easier for you though is what you should go with.
I am struggle. I think i’ll probably just make a new blog, bc that sounds easiest rn

Okay so, the kisses were nice, very nice, almost nice enough to get him to stop pouting. But, not quite. He snuggled in closer, as if soaking up as much of Kyler as he could to make up for the days without. He really did miss him a lot, a stupid amount for the time he had been away. He lets a small smirk grow on his features. ‘ Hmm, who says I missed you ? I was glad to have a couple days without you, me and Kit really bonded you know ? It was lovely.’ And then he chuckles, squeezing the other a little tighter.
‘ Mmm, no, I suppose I missed you.. a fair bit.. or-- maybe a lot. Why do you even have to go away for ? Can’t you just--- not do that. Do I have to kidnap you or something ? Then we can just stay like this. I like that. That sounds good.’

SFW Romance Sentences
There were few times in his life that Kyler had ever found himself completely speechless over something someone said to him. But the words that rolled so easily off of Julian’s tongue stole away any chance of a coherent response. He opened his mouth, only to close it again. Hazel hues gazed lovingly at the elder demigod. What was he supposed to say to something like that ? How was he supposed to reply in a way that let Julian know just how much those words meant to him ? Was there a reply that could properly express the joy that flooded him when those words left the other’s lips ? He knew there wasn’t. Though the fact that he still struggled ( or ever had ) with feeling as though he didn’t matter at times was heartbreaking.
Said smile pulled his lips up at the corners. There was nothing he could say that could possibly be as wonderful as what Julian had just said to him, but he knew he needed to say something. ❝ You do matter so much more, though. ❞ He cupped the elder’s cheeks in his hands, pressing a chaste kiss to his forehead. ❝ But I’m glad. That you know that you matter to me. I only wish I could show you just how much. ❞
