Been at the pullups and pushups for a little over a week now and ate well. Don't click this unless you like unfit male bodies.

I lined my nipples and belly button up on photoshop so it should be accurate haha. Is there a difference? I think a little, but it could be camera position and lighting. I have went from being able to do 5 pull ups in a row to 10 though. So I feel stronger.

I must naturally wear my boxers really low... that was not intentional. Sorry.
