if you have gained a nickname from Jesús it means you’re someone important in his life. I’m not talking like chico/chica which is something simpler. He has a lot of respect for his friends and what family he does have. It’s something that’s big to him in his culture growing up with his family/Billy’s Family. It’s a real sign of closeness to him personally.
