Some new stuff from the new Battle Stormer Classics build: Minotaur boss was nerfed a bit and now the candles on his stage will lit once he reached a low health state :)

Something I like to work on the stages of my games: Continuity. This chapter starts outside the temple, then inside you can see the outside and you can see the next scene (the scene where we face Evil Ryu) on the same level.

I think this is very important for the game's story telling.

Retro Suggestions #1: MASTER OF MONSTERS (Sega Genesis)

Recently, I saw a post on Twitter asking about RPG games that made an impression on you and when I went to suggest this game, I saw that there is practically no recent video of it, so I wanted to record a video and that gave me the idea to make a feature on the channel, called "Retro Suggestions", where I will bring suggestions of games that I really like and that have been part of my life.

Master of Monsters is an electronic game originally released for Mega Drive in 1991, and had a sequel for Playstation. Basically, you are a sorcerer who commands mythological creatures to try to destroy another sorcerer who also controls creatures on a map. The game style is a bit reminiscent of the Mage Knight miniatures game. The biggest attraction of the game is that the controlled creatures can evolve (anticipating the Pokémon series by many years).

The soundtrack, composed by Hayato Matsuo, is one of the most incredible ever made for this console. I tend to use the songs from this game a lot in several of my projects, and you can hear them in "Battle Stormer Classics", "Avengers United Battle Force" among others. In fact, one of the enemies from the Greece chapter was extracted from this game :)

There is a version for Playstation 1 called "Master of Monsters: Disciples of Gaia" which I also played. Despite having better graphics, loadings hinder the game - and the effect of rotating characters during the fight makes the battle much slower.

Anyone looking for a tactical RPG, in the style of a board game, give this game a try!

Unfortunately, I don't have enough money to pay for household bills, especially for my grandmother who has to go to 3 different doctors in a short space of time, even though I work I'm not able to pay her bills and the household bills. Rise from your grave! Since Jhfer joined the team, this project has made a lot of progress and I think it's time to show some things :)

The game has several new playable characters, including Leonardo das Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, which I'm really enjoying the result.

This is one of the new levels, themed around Double Dragon, where we'll face different enemies and bosses from that series.

A little more of the mutant with powers to become intangible and who has a really cool dragon :)

She has great mobility, is fast, the dragon helps a lot in her gameplay but she is not very physically resistant, so you need to be careful or you receive fatal damage (as shown in the video).

Avengers: United Battle Force is an remix of the old Captain America and Avengers arcade game with new chars and many cool things.

Dynamics Lights

Showing how the dynamic lights works on the Bosss Battle on Avengers United Battle Force: The level's lighting changes over time, as does the background music and monitor animation, which shows which boss we're facing at the moment.
