Sounds very industrial. Big enjoy. Are you on YouTube music?

i am a beginner breakcore producer experimenting with new sounds. any tips or thoughts¿ is this good¿
It sounds great! Here are some tips
FL Studio is really great for that kind of stuff, it has built in plugins that are good for drum chopping. If you can't afford it, there are definitely cracks on the internet to acquire it other ways
If you use FL, id recommend using SliceX so that you can chop the drums as notes on the piano role. With SliceX, you can also switch between multiple break samples quickly, which can be very energetic and frenetic sounding (example)
It's really fun to experiment with different samples and time signatures. People often use signatures like 7/4, 6/8 and 5/4
