There was a moment I decided to intentionally let go of worry. Did this mean worry no longer knocked at my door?
No.
It means I intentionally didn’t answer.
This initiative lasted a few weeks. Then, another worry came knocking. I answered, getting upset it’s at my doorstep and getting upset that I even answered the door. I set an intention to no longer answer its call, and it’s knocking fades.
Then, another worry came knocking…. Do you see where this is going?
Today’s challenge:
Create some great thoughts to meditate on and put them in your back pocket (figuratively or literally) for the days worry comes knocking.

Success.
Drive.
God.
Anything greater than myself.
The clouds.
The stars.
My love for writing.
My love for yoga.
My love for philosophy.
My love for sharing what I love.
