looking for a place to get away from your issues? maybe looking to run away from someone or something? look no further than briarglen, texas! a small town founded in 1820, briarglen started out as a trader town for cowboys and cowfolk. the founder of our town, briarglen williams, didn't expect much out of starting this town. but when he struck oil and word got out, everyone winded up moving in and looking for some for themselves, small businesses and many houses coming from this huge move. now, nearly 200 years later, the town is small yet thrives off of visitors who come for the beauitul rolling hills, the lush green grass, the peace and quiet, and of course briarglen's beautiful beach. but most of the visitors turn out to be celebrities who have started to stay in briarglen since there's hardly any cameras there. the only kind of gossip there is there is the local paper. are you interested? come check us out!
