So you already know these two went to UA they were even in the same class which was class 1-A they hated each other tsukiko was just so annoying to Rai and the other way around Rai thought of tsukiko as an annoying brat who just got everything she wanted and tsukiko thought of Rai as an annoying guy that always got in her way and called her out on being a b!tch but their best friends Yuki and Kirara ( I haven't come up with a design for her yet) which forced them to hang out well one night tsukiko was out at a party with some random guy that had ditched her and she had called her best friend well said friend Kirara decided to call Rai to come get tsukiko well obviously Rai didn't want to but he decided to be nice and go pick her up on his motorcycle obviously tsukiko didn't want to go with him not only because she was terrified of motorcycles but also because she didn't want to except help from Rai but she had to so she clung onto him as he drove her home now she was terrified the entire way and was shaking a good bit this had caused Rai to see her in a different light and that's when he started to fall for her after a couple day Rai invited tsukiko out to a bar which one thing led to another and after a few weeks of getting to know each other they became partners and after a year they moved in and merged their agencies together (I got this idea from a rp I did with a friend awhile ago)

Tsukiko was close with her brother (sister at the time) until her parents gave him up for adoption when she was 6 she really missed them but ever since he left her parents started to get really hard on her and would abuse her she never realized it was abuse she still doesn't she just thinks they are just trying to help her to be the best hero she can be but she gets punished every time she disobey them and they are both in the top 20's she was always really smart so she had no problem in passing the UA exam and she was able to get in and son became a pretty well known hero

Tsukikos parents were two popular pro heros they were in the top 20s due to this they were just like endeavor they made tsuki train without a break and just overall abused him which is why him and dabi are so close well one night they made him sleep outside and he got attacked and that's how he got his scar when he was six and his sister got her quirk his parents had put up for adoption tsuki had ran away due to getting bullied by the other kids along with the abuse from his care takers well while he was running he had ran into the well known villain shigaraki well shigaraki had decided to take him to the league of villains to raise him and take care of him which made tsuki to become a villain along with being shigarakis next successor

Kegio is a trans male and when kegio was 16 he had Yuka Aki's sister. Well dabi had left now fast forward to where Touya and kegio had gotten back together and kegio had Aki and Yuki Aki's sister brother. Now this time around kegio didn't let the twins go into the commission, he wanted to raise them like normal kids and that's exactly what he did. Kegio then had told everyone that touya had left him and their kids, but this wasn't true he told everyone this so they wouldn't find out that Touya is dabi. Touya is a pretty big role model to Aki, Aki even tried to dress like him and everything. Though when he found out that Touya and the league were villains he was crushed and hated them for a little bit, but that didn't last very long. Touya was actually the first person to realize that Aki is trans he even helped Aki explore his identity. Aki had gotten into UA just like his sister but while she was in the hero course he was in the support course since he was never interested in being a hero and the fact that he's quirkless. Besides he actually like to invent support gear. He actually helped Yuki design her hero outfit.

Kegio is a trans male and when kegio was 16 he had Yuka Yuki's sister. Well dabi had left now fast forward to where Touya and kegio had gotten back together and kegio and they had Yuki and Aki Yuki's brother. When Yuki was about 7 she had convinced her dad's to get her a cat and of course kegio broke down and got her a black cat named Luna. The twins were also pretty close to the league, for a while they didn't know they were villains but they eventually found out that the league and their own dad were villains. They hated them for a little bit but soon came to terms with it now the twins had gotten into UA Yuki was part of the hero course while Aki was apart of the Department of Support. Yuki had always wanted to be a hero like kegio he was her role model

So hawks is trans in this and he had Yuka when he was 16 he had snuck out and met this guy who at the time went by Touya and they became so close that Touya got hawks pregnant well when touya found out he ran away leaving hawks when because kegio had her at 16 the commission helped took care of yuka but of course when kegio was able to raise her own his own he tried to take her away from the commission but they blackmailed him threatening to tell endeavor that she existed well when she was six dabi had kidnapped her he wanted to be in her life regretting that he had left her and kegio well when kegio found him and his daughter along with finding out that dabi is Touya the two had gotten back together and ended up having twins this time Touya stayed
