Iâm simply a human being
Iâm tired of people not listeningÂ
people think i donât know anything
but let me bring you up to speed
i see both sides of every argument
their emotions speak to me
why the world see its self as black and white
when in reality its a world of rainbow light
why does race have to be brought into everything
there are good people and bad people and some inbetween
and on that spectrum some are black and some are white
no citizen or cop should be afraid to walk the streets at night
I exist in a state of neutrality
seeing all the emotions and fears of all the sides
that battle in the streets
i just wish they could see
that the only people who are profitingÂ
are the people with an agenda
the people who say hey if you vote for me Iâll change this
but what you donât see is the money and backingÂ
they have to keep us backtracking
to line their pockets with money and votes
so they can keep buying houses with maids and moats
If you want to make a change prove that we all matterÂ
donât let them look at us like cattle
we get shot and imprisoned while they show off how theyâre above the law
criminals that run for presidentÂ
how did america come to this
we used to be a country people were afraid to fight
because our unity is what kept us safe at night
but now we are broken and in debt to foreign powers
we let terrorists kill our countrymen and fly planes into our towersÂ
you can hate me for spitting the truthÂ
but the real revolution starts with you
its a new era no more grudges
none of us were alive when they harmed your past brothers
itâs time to forget the past and stand up for the children
show them a world after our revolution
show them that love is the only solution!
