"Anna never wanted to be queen"— oh, More than just a spare and Home should not have been deleted, they showed that Anna cared about the Kingdom so deeply, that she wanted to find a part of her own; but at least we have scenes from OFA and the line from the musical where Anna speaks of "her people" and the whole F1 where she actually risked her life to save the realm. Anna did not want power, she's not Hans and doesn't need validation in that, but she cares, has a big heart and that is what will make her a true and good ruler with the help of her sister and General Mattias (if you don't believe she is capable to act on her own).

But even putting all this aside, you know who else never wanted to be queen? Elsa. It was her duty and oath to her parents, nothing from out her heart.

Some say that Anna became queen just because Elsa didn't want anymore, a spare button and stuff, but there's another view: Elsa had to step aside to clear the way for Anna. Finding her destiny, Elsa helped Anna to grow in her own, it's a mutual thing.
