“Thank you. What have you been doing all day?”

“I’m sure. I don’t have anything important to do. I can be there.”

“Alright. Then I’ll be sure to let you know once I know when I’m going to meet with him.”

“Let me know a time and I’ll make sure I’m there for you.”

“Are you sure? I don’t want to cut into things you need to do.”

“Do you want me to go with you? I can wait outside, so if nothing happens he doesn’t need to know I was there.”

“Normally I would say that I’m fine, but that wouldn’t be the worst idea.”

“I’m sure he won’t be surprised. I feel like a lot of college students don’t put in that much effort. well, do you think he’s going to be professional about it?”

“Don’t know, but I’m trying not to give much thought to it.”

“That’s it, I am done. I can’t grade these papers anymore because obviously very few thought it was important enough to put any effort in. Which means I’m going to have to go to the professor’s office tomorrow to let him know and that’s going to be vastly uncomfortable.” @aldenpierce

“And how did he try to do that?”

“By finally saying the things that I wanted him to say our entire goddamn relationship.”

“Obviously it bothered you.”

“He just came trying to...win me back or whatever the phrase is.”

“Bryan came by? What did he want?”

“It’s not important.”

“What happened?”

“Alden. Didn’t realize it was you. I just - Bryan came by earlier. I thought you were him again.”

“Not really interested in company right now.”

aldenpierce:

“It doesn’t make you anything, and yes, it’s okay.”

“Okay, then yes. Take me.”

“If the question is, do I want to sleep with you, the answer is yes, of course. As long as that’s what you want.”

“Yes. I mean..that doesn’t make me a...it’s okay, right?”
