One of my all time favorite Hamiltons

So I'm gonna tell you all about Henry Gottfried. He’s currently a swing/understudy in the Broadway musical Waitress, covering Dr. Pomatter, Ogie, Earl, and the men’s ensemble tracks. I’ve had the opportunity to meet him 3 times, and I don’t think I could ever say enough positive things about him as a performer and a person. When I first saw him, he was in the role of Dr. Pomatter, when Drew Gehling was out. I was on the edge of my seat, laughing and crying at every action he did. His voice was smooth like butter, his acting drew out emotions in me that I had never known in a theater. I also saw him perform in the role of father, where he gets to perform with the ensemble. You can see the pure joy on his face for what he does and for the love of his cast. He is such an incredible performer and I urge you all to support him. He deserves to be the next Dr. Pomatter, and we need to show that to Waitress. As a person, he is kind and caring, and really works to forge a relationship with his fans. I’ve been lucky enough to be one of those fans, and he never fails to put a smile on my face. So I hope that you’ll give one of Broadway’s newest faces a chance, because you never know when he's finally going to get that big break.
