they fail to assemble furniture on the first few nights and end up sitting on the floor for meals.

Brittany leaned against Santana’s shoulder with a bowl of pasta balanced in her knees.

“Do you miss Lima?”

Santana looked around their apartment. half the boxes still unopened, and Lady Tubbington was asleep inside one.

she smiled softly

the first morning.

its a Saturday morning.

Santana wakes up before Brittany and makes coffee.

Britt wakes up and heads into the kitchen.

Santana is sat with Lord and Lady Tubbington on the sofa.

Brittany sits down next to San and places her hand on Santanas lap whilst San passes her the coffee cup.

they watch cartoons whilst drinking their coffees and then Brittany makes them both toast whilst Santana showers and changes.

during breakfast Lord Tubbington steals Santana’s toast.

Brittany grins and feeds Santana some of her toast.

Brittany knows she loves them.

when they come home from their jobs they sit down for fondue and talk about it.

“Lady Tubbington is judging your cheese ratio,” Brittany said.

Santana sighed dramatically “I’m being bullied by two cats and my own wife.”
