Just loved this tree :) all the other ones along my walk had lost all of their leaves or remained green throughout the winter season but this one had not lost one leaf as they have all remained in the exact same spot but changed their colour over time :)

Decided last night to create a Coconut Cheesecake off the top of my head! :) and it worked!! Pretty healthy, features protein, coconut milk, and a almond meal/date base! I'm quite proud I must say ;) recipe in comments below :)

Moved house yesterday, unpacked boxes today, two loads of washing, a slow cook ginger and star anise chicken casserole and a baked honey oat wholemeal loaf! Woohoo :)

Day 21 of #100daysofhappy :) after a good day I had a bit of the sads after finding out crappy news so we decided to enjoy some Wild Ginger in Huskisson :) absolutely delicious as usual :)

#100daysofhappy day 20! I love getting presents in the mail, even if I bought them myself online a week ago ;) our recent haul of vitamins and supplements :) and a new shaker! :D
