No, if you're not experienced in mixing it may be more beneficial to sing a capella

Yep! Anyone without someone’s name next to them is open for casting.

Sorry, quick question. I'm just curious how ti see who's open? I have no clue how to navigate Tumblr on a mobile devixe and I'd like to hopefully see if Dave is open. If not, then hopefully another character I might be able to voice. Sorry, and thank you for reading this.

Sure!! Sending us something you've recorded previously is always fine (and something I personally tend to do with certain auditions). However, we aren't currently taking auditions for Hiveswap characters! We may, in the future, take auditions for the main characters though (Joey, Trizza, Jude, Xefros, Damnek etc) as they will be the ones with the most development.

just curious, can we send in multiple auditions in at once? like say there were two roles we wanted to try out for could we put both in one submission/email?

Yes, you definitely can!

If we sent in an audition a couple months ago, do we have to audition again? Also will you send a person a rejection message if they didn't get the role they auditioned for?

I don’t usually send rejection messages unless the person specifically asks for it. And no, you don’t have to re-audition at all!!

Is this blog still alive? When are we getting new songs??

Should be pretty soon! Main mod (me) had a lot going on over the summer, and the blog also runs on everyone putting in an active contribution (and various members of the cast are also pretty busy with school and whatnot too) so now that everyone’s getting settled into things, we should be back in the swing of it

No sorry! There’s not really much point in it haha. However we do have the majority of dancestors open, along with a few pre scratch trolls and a load of the ancestors!
