Mutny was taken aback by Andie’s anger. She seemed so hellbent on getting revenge anywhere that Mutny was actually a little scared herself. “Andie calm down and think about things for a bit. You don’t want to anger the gods. You know that would do nothing but cause more problems.” Even though she lived in the modern world now, Mutny still knew what would happen if the Greeks, Romans or the Egyptians enraged their gods. It wasn’t pretty and she didn’t want to see anything happen to the other girl.

“No! I’ll ram Backbiter through their throats, and I’ve save Hermes for last, just so he can see his family die before his own granddaughter ends him! They took my parents, how could...” the blonde glared at Mutny, her anger only increased by the girl telling her to calm down. “You know I’m a legacy child...do you know who my grandmother is? Not Nemesis, surprisingly enough, but Eris. Chaos and thievery is in my blood ----- so I’ll take Olympus for my own!”

Cas was aware that Andromeda had never received any real affection from her mother, mainly because Zoey always felt afraid that she would become too soft. And being Luke’s daughter, she’d need to be tough. It was sad but true. “That is true. Though, you are more than just your father’s daughter. Same as I.”

As a child, the lack of affection had never really bothered the blonde, not until she’d seen how other children were treated. After that, she had been left to wonder what was wrong with her ----- now she knows the answer is bad parenting. “I never even met him, he was dead before I was born. So I don’t see how I could be a carbon copy...but that’s the Olympians for you, always stuck in the past.”

The female lifted one hand towards the girl, pushing a stray strand of hair out of her face. Cassiel felt, what she assumed was, maternal emotions towards her. Like she had to protect Andromeda from the cruelty that her true paternity had caused. “They know nothing. Look at my ‘father’. I am nothing like him.”

The gesture is unfamiliar to Andromeda, but she doesn’t reject it, instead preferring to give a small smile. “Gods of all sorts are terrible parents, no matter the religion. & really, I suppose people can make ties between me and my dad, but really, it was hammered into me that I would never be anything more than a Castellan. Oh well, they suffered for it.”

After everything, she honestly hates herself. It took years for her to actually snap, and before that, she just kept getting more depressed and hating herself even more. As it is, she wouldn’t know how to love herself.

Trust me, I did that too.” The brunette stated, keeping her hazel hues on her. She would never tell her not to kill those who wrecked her, for she had done that herself. “You never have to explain to me.”

Even if Cassiel had told her to stop killing, Andromeda knows that she wouldn’t listen. She’s just too far gone to be reasoned with, too broken to go back to that soft & sweet girl she’d once been. “Made me out to be a villain? I guess, but it was more that they made me out to be him, rather than me. So they had to die.”

Not that she blamed her. Children could be cruel and Andie was so soft. That was until they broke her. Looking down at her, the ghost of a smile settled on her face. “Of course not, child. They deserved it.”

“They pushed me to this. Always saying I was no better than my father ----- well, they had it coming, saying things like that.” Andromeda is far to used to killing her own kind these days, but it isn’t like they didn’t get a warning, back before she snapped. The way she sees it ; continuing to antagonize her is just another way of asking for death.
