Sitting in Doe’s kitchen after another one of their Order meeting’s, was quite the experience for Emmeline Vance. She just watch as the other attempted to cook, and though Emmeline wasn’t the master chef of the ages, she was still a good cook. Good enough to not get burnt, at least. Pushing her hair back and putting it up in a bun, Emmeline got up and went over to Doe.
“D’you think we need to go to St. Mungo’s for that? Of d’you think you’d let me try to heal it?”
"Frankly, it would be embarrassing to go to St. Mungo's for a little thing like this."
Jeez, Emmeline worried too much. She didn't need a mother to baby her, she needed someone who could help immediately.

Dorcas offered up her bleeding finger, which stung like holy hell. Definitely not going to try and impress people by cooking anymore. It was a stupid idea to begin with.

She whispers as she looks down at the blood on her shirt, which she had used to cradle her injured hand. This was not good. Not good at all. Tears spring to her eyes as she looks down at her hand, more out of frustration than actual pain. The pain will come later, probably.

Of course Remus wasn’t fine. he felt like death and he knew he looked like death, but he couldn’t confess that he felt off-color because of something so silly as the moon. He felt just like every other full moon, weighed down by fear that his secret would be discovered

He was always such a sickly bloke, and she imagined Black and Potter weren't doing anything to help out with his condition. Of course, if Remus was going to put up an act, then she might as well go along with if.
