What brushes have u used on your recent pieces on insta? :oo

most of my art pieces from the last about.... 2-3 years or so have used the same brushes, just with minor adjustments to the settings/size/etc. These will not be that helpful to you if you don't use paint tool sai 2 unfortunately. The lineart is just an edit of the default pen brush and the shading is just an edit of the airbrush. Any other effects you see in my art, like halftones and pixelization, are applied after the piece is finished, not with a brush.

honestly if you don't have paint tool sai but want a similar effect, I'd just use a pen brush with a rough texture set to the hardest you can make it, and an airbrush with a noisy texture of some sort. Hope this helps!

ah thank you! i use different brushes and programs depending on what I'm going for! for sketching i use the binary pen from paint tool SAI, for clean lines and colouring i use the default pencil brush with adjusted density! i added the settings with examples below:

for procreate a few i use is an edited 6B pencil/shale/ink bleed/noise brush/retro maxpack and uh a lot more! i'm addicted to collecting brushes 💀 anyways hope it helps!
