getting diagnosed with c-ptsd today by my therapist feels so validating to know my issues are not only heard, but are real and not something that is made up. all the struggles i’ve been facing are legit and something i doubted for so long.

to anyone in a system or dealing with complex trauma, you are not alone, it will not be like this forever, things will get better, and every step you take is one step forward to a better future♡

you got this and yes, your trauma and feelings are valid don’t let someone tell you differently from what YOU went through.

yesterday we were on our first date with this guy we have been talking to for a month. it was truly an amazing experience knowing how comfortable he was around all of us, not afraid or scared but rather loving and accepting to all of us. at the end of the night the few words he told me last night that will forever stay with me were: “well, i hope this isn’t too soon but i love each one of you so much” you guys-🥺🥺he referred to us as multiple not one🥺💗the fact that he didn’t just say “i love you” made us all feel loved that words can not express how happy this guy makes me and everyone else in our system 💕
