I would have given more than 5 star of option available. Very first time it turned out the way best experience of mine with pizza.

Not just with pizza but get to know about the pizza culture too.

1441 Pizzeria is the brand which have given the importance to the Italian culinary and made it possible to bring up in India.

The introduction to the Italian food is limited in the cafe’s just to pastas but if want to go for that authentic traditional Italian pizza then i have the name suggestion 1441 pizzeria.

Taking from the ambiance, interior and process of functioning is totally Italian.

And when I say totally Italian then yes it does include Wood fire oven too.

Now-a-days in cities it kind of difficult to have a place which has its own wood fire oven.

But over here I find it sorted.

Let me give you a tour over the place,

I visited the malad branch and it has a good amount of spread out, it has indoor sittings and the tables are chairs are arranged in normal and higher furniture.

The vibe inside is very comfy.

And the management is much concern about the people visiting their place, they pay attention to each single person and do not fail to greet and ask you about your experience and feedback which I find a good afford puten up.

Let me start with the food now.

I started up with the Peach Iced Tea. The taste is sweet and who loves peaches and iced tea will surely like this. The glass is good in width and served chilled. Over here if you are the one who do not consume ice or chilled liquid then you can tell the staff to make it without ice for you. They will surely do it as you say.

Next one is Masala Lemon. This one is chatpata. For those who do not want to prefer sweet I will suggest you to try out Masala Lemon. You will surely like it.

And yes this is too served chilled with ice cubes, so if you are not he one consuming chill drinks ask them to make it without ice for you.

Now comes some startersssss.

And I am already soo happy writing about this one.

The first one is Jalapeno Poppers. I Think you should try out on own to get to know about the delicious taste what it has.

I can by god write an whole para and page on this palate, yes it is that great.

I soo strongly suggest to have Jalapeno Poppers without fail.

You will say thanks to me after that 😊

So yes inspite of writing and writing down in words I want all to taste one, its dam delicious.

And it is served with a dip which is creamy and goes great with the Jalapeno Poppers.

The Jalapeno Poppers are the hero to impress at very first bite.

Too good.

Coming next in starters is Chilli cheese bread.

Never before had such freshly made base with amazing preparation of chilli cheese.

The USP here is for sure the wood fire oven as a base for all platters and on that the taste and the service.

The size of the chilli cheese breads is wider in size, (happy me) and has good amount of cheese to it with the hint of garlic to it. Do try out.

And if possible do visit the outlet and enjoy the bread base food b’coz the taste when it is served just from the oven is way satisfying.

Not let me have my hands on making my own pizza.

The process starts with the hygiene, hand sanitized, your apron, and gloves and the chef cap.

Gets me a professional pizzaioli feeling.

And i am already excited to start with the making.

The dough is stretched by the pizzaiolo (chef) and the further process is done with the help of the assign pizzaiolo depending on our preference.

I started with a sauce, i preferred to go with tangy sauce, then good amount of all the cheese available 🙂 and then some veggies like zucchini, jalapeno, Cottage cheese, bell peppers (all 3), Pineapple and sun dried tomato’s.

This whole process of making was fun and memorable and yes did flaunt on socials as well 🙂

You have unlimited ranges of toppings to choose from normal to make it on a exotic way.

And then it straight away goes in wood fire oven by the Pizzaiolo.

This pizza is cooked in just 5-10 min max.

And the feeling of getting the pizza over the table made by self is amazing.

I named my pizza – B’s Better Pizza.

Even you can name your own made pizza.

And yes you have a choice selecting the inches you prefer as per your hunger or your group size. 😉

After that iconic pizza lets get my most favorite part on the table – Desserts.

Lets have Tiramisu.

It’s good with the sugar level.

The very first thing what always impress me is the sugar contain,

If its too sweet then i might not like one, but if it has just perfect amount of sweetness then its good just like this one.

It has a layered going on lighter and darker tone of chocolate flavor.

Saving the best for last. YES. here is the another iconic thing to must definitely have.

It’s a Nutella Pizza.

Imagine of Pizza in desserts and it surprised me this.

An loved thing for all nutella lovers – do try it out.

When Nutella Pizza will arrive at your table you will definitely become a person of not sharing the desserts with the fellow partners, its that chocolaty / delicious / nutellicious.

That comes to an end of my 1441 Pizzeria food love.

The reason which will make me come down again is absolutely the starters, and my love of making pizza which actually arise here and for sure the desserts.

Would like to thank and appreciate the management for being focused to each one and the staff over the kitchen for making the food soo delicious.

And yes i do strongly suggest going 1441 Pizzeria for an amazing experience.

I need to put this thing first, at very first that the USP what i found of Maharaja Bhog is truly their service, their hospitality.

I should mention about my experience at the end but i had really very good time here and that’s what made me put it forward.

The staff is not just good in welcoming but serves you in a very good way and keep on looking for the things needed.

I truly appreciate the affords what the staff is dedicating.

At Maharaja Bhog, fine dining acquires whole new meaning.

It was my bday and my fast as well so family had plan for Maharaja Bhog considering Tuesday.

It was my first time to Maharaja Bhog and as soon as one enters in the rich ambiance and the aroma all over makes it soo pleasant

The thing what attracted me from the interior is the spices wall what they have at one side.

It showcase the history in a way of Indian Cuisine and the importance of the spices to the taste.

What next was very new concept to me was a giant Thali as the center of attraction.

I was not sure what that concept is so i probably missed that experience.

B’coz we had a table of four and that’s what is needed.

You should be 4 people of group to have a giant thali experience.

No worries, my want of experiencing the giant thali will make me go down again 🙂

Now coming up to food.

So Maharaja Bhog is having a thali system and the menu content keeps on changing every day/ every week and as the season changes it to goes with the flow.

Let’s check what i had here on Tuesday i.e on 31-07-2018 as a dinner buffet.

So the food what Maharaja Bhog serves is mostly North Indian, Mainly focusing Gujarati and Rajasthani Culinary.

I like the thali system especially in those days where one holds a fast.

It really make the person soo convenient to have / ask for needed choice of food for more.

Coz in Buffet system what i face a problem on a fasting day is to ask again and again the another member to bring the food for you when you are about to open/end your fast and once you sit at a place for this rituals you can’t get up in between till you finish the meal completely – The one who does fast will completely relate to this one.

Here is the menu on the day i visited:-

1. Welcome Drink – made from kersar & chandan

2. Salad – Corn & capsicum

3. One Steamed & One Fried Farsan – Khamand & Sabudana Kutlet

4. Two types of Chutney – Sweet (red) & Spicy (green)

5. Two types of Pickles – Mango & Chilli

6. one chaat – Khasta Pyas ki Raaz Ka Kachori

7. Four different types of Vegetable – Palak Anguri Kofta, Bhindi Dahi Wali, Aaloo Patal Bhaji, Jaisalmeri Chana

8. Two types of Kadhi (Rajasthani/Gujarati) – Sweet & Spicy

9. Three Different types of Traditional Indian Breads – Rotlo, Thepla & Rotli

10. Two types of Indian Dal (Rajasthani/Gujarati) – Sweet & Spicy

11. Two types of Rice – Plain rice & Khichdi

12. Poppadums – Papad

13. One Special Dish of the Day – Dhudhi Halwa & white Srikhand

14. Sweet Masala Pan

15. Two Different Unlimited Desserts on weekdays

16. Three Different Unlimited Desserts on weekends

17. Other drinks provided alongside the meal include our special smoked herb buttermilk

18. packaged bottle water.

All things unlimited.

Whole menu is prepared in pure desi ghee.

And the amount of ghee they serve in the portions is ample.

Diet conscious buddies will find good amount of workout post dinner but for sure will not resist indulging in this one.

They have a rituals of making you wash your hands right at your table in a very traditional royal way.

Now telling you about the taste of the food,.

All the preparations are very rich in taste and delicious.

Taking from the welcome drink to chaat and main course and desserts, every single dish was truly satisfying.

Just the thing can be served much hotter as well.

When it comes to Indian Cuisine so it doesn’t mean all the time that that its loaded with hotter and spicier palate, no it just need to be rich in flavors. And i find this point doing justice with that thought. Good Going Maharaja Bhog.

And let’s not get sad the busy guys, by any of the reason if you are not being able to come down to the outlet and enjoy the food, no problem, it also has a delivery box to come at your doorstep, so smile and enjoy 🙂

Made a way to Chaayos again and this time for Oshiwara outlet,

This outlet is soo catchy and purely mumbai theme based.

As soon as one enter the cafe the ambiance is very comfy and the things attracts is the for sure its set-up.

As the name says Chaayos – It is particularly famous for chai and chat.

It has almost all variations of Chai’s to its menu right from normal chai to kullad chai and many new flavors too.

You have options to choose from water base and milk base of your chai.

Kullad chai is what makes the things available to us in the modern city of enjoying some feeling of the village vibe.

Best season going on and how not have the chai to accomplish the moment.

So here i am up to Chaayos to enjoy another experience from its servings.

For the first i had,

1. Mint Lemonade – To tell you it not not just limited to just chai and chaats but do have these stuffs as well.

I give a big thumbs up for mint lemonade as in usual what we do have our mint lemonades are just leaf crushed and it does takes some time to actually get in the flavour.

But over here the mint lemonade is totally different.

It gives pure flavour and taste of Mint.

Mint are finely chopped which enhances the flavor of the lemonade.

Totally Refreshing.

I do suggest this one.

the next is,

2. Kullad Pav Bhaji – As i mentioned this is the best season to enjoy hot food stuff so how can i miss pav bhaji from the menu and that too kullad style.

I think whatever they have in the kullad style i am liking it.

So here comes my Kullad pav bhaji.

The bhaji is served in the kullad cups.

It had good thick consistency than of the normal one.

The amount of spice level is good enough.

The quantity is good and the pav seems to be made fresh on own by chaayos staff.

The pav were very fresh and soft.

Good one.

After Pav Bhaji i had a shake.

3. Chekoo Shake – The shake is well prepared and have not played with the main fruit much which is good as it gives very natural taste.

It has good flavor of cheekoo and taste fresh.

side by i had our desi homely pizza version i.e,

4.Open Paratha – I can totally say that this open paratha is no where less than some fancy pizza outlet thin crust pizza.

I really liked the base and the toppings were also good.

The sauce is a little runny but its up to you, can ask for thinker version of sauce too.

The paneer used in all the dishes are super soft which reflects its totally fresh.

the size of the open paratha is good enough for 2 people

Then after open paratha let’s have some chaat.

5. Chana chaat – Chana chaat is the comfort food to have all the time so here i ordered chana chaat and it is made good with all other ingredients and spice.

The quantity is good for one and the taste is fine.

It is served with a dip in case you wanna make it more flavorful.

then after the chana chaat lets have some homely fusion food.

6. Thepla Taco – What can be a better option to have taco in a healthy way by converting from the thepla as a base.

The taco is soft as the thepla are not on the crisp side so it makes me more comfortable to eat taco by twisting it 😉

This thepla taco have given a flavor of the paneer mix which is again soft, fresh and chatpata.

Lets have something chilled after some chatpata chaat.

7. Strawberry shake – no artificial taste, very good.

I usually like the shakes made only by the main ingredients and not the essence to artificialised.

this was good one.

8. Kulfi Shake – I trully appriciate the amount of sugar level and natural shakes chaayos serve, b’coz sugar is also a main factor which is very important to have it in the right amount. it its less then its completely fine i can go back and add some but if its already too much then no one will like it.

So here i found it correct with the sugar and taste.

Now lets end it with some dessert.

9. Date and Fig Cake – I asked the staff to serve it warm as i like my pastry’s to consume warn.

And when it is served warn the fragrance increases and its all over my table.

I like it just that way to have my pastry.

Talking about the date and fig cake so it was very good and was totally getting the flavor of figs and dates.

The staff is good in helping out with all your needs.

I had a very good time at Chaayos.

Chaayos is always up with new seasonal cheers so find out your way to it for an amazing food experience.

As the market is full of same food pattern going on in sweet side, here is The Bun Bistro who made such an good attempt to come up with a healthy options.

Kandivli Mahavir nagar is the hub as a food paradise for me and so this outlet is being making its footprint into the competitive market.

I really appreciate that they have gone ahead then the options running as a common thing everywhere.

There are a wide range of different types of buns, fries & shakes and all ready to get things crazy in here.

With one outlet already in Kandivali, the new outlet at Mahavir Nagar is all prim, proper and ready to serve all.

100% vegetarian and signature roti buns are here to take your taste buds on a BunTastic ride.

The magic begins when you sink your teeth into the fluffiness and the crispy layer of our sweet and savoury buns made with quality flour.

And so how can I not go and have these.

Let’s start from the beginning, the outlet looks very appealing from outside.

As you step in you find it has outdoor sitting and moving ahead indoor space of food ordering and side by walls having a place to place your plate and have food standing or on the higher tables.

Yet there is no indoor sitting so far.

But outdoor sitting is also something one need to have especially in this rainy season it gives a very good feeling to enjoy food and watch out rains.

Just need to work more on lights for outdoor, though the lights are good enough but still to capture good quality of pictures to flaunt social media 😛

Okay that was an overview about the outlet, now let’s have the food here.

Started with Alphonso Mango shake (yes we have mango still in season).

This shake is served in a jar bottle which is actually good to even travel with.

It is a glass jar bottle and looks very cute and handy.

And we have paper straw trending with beautiful designs on it which ads an extra glam.

In taste wise it is very pure and i appreciate that they have not opt in adding any artificial flavoring to enhance the natural taste.

It is like vanilla at the first sip but has a good mango after taste.

Sugar contain is also proper, not very sweety, just right.

The next we have is Red Velvet Bun.

And just look at the picture you will definitely fall in love with this bun.

It actually reminds me of my old school days where i used to have sweet buns and tutti-futti buns.

But this Red Velvet bun is a total surprise in the bun world.

They have actually made an attempt and shown that these are better options to go healthy.

And bun can be made a good choice by these lovely flavors to it which we never even thought of.

Again a good taste in the sweet side, not too sweet just right.

I personally do not like things which are over sweet ans this was perfect.

There are many more options to choose from.

Then after we have is a Pav Bhaji at next level.

Eating pav bhaji in a plate daily makes you feel boor ?

The here is the new interesting twist to it.

Here even pav bhaji are up with new concept.

They are served in the bun.

Getting the chaat to next level of fusion.

If you are looking for some good chaat with proper hygiene and cleanliness so here is Chaayos to serve you your expectations.

Chaayos have its Multiple branches, located all around India.

Chaayos is very much famous for its variation of Tea.

Chaayos have not only stick to the tea and chaats,

But they have also good snacking munchies to get for the self.

It has line-up of different formation of Tea to its menu since it started.

And I am here to explore their Monsoon special.

As monsoon are on, all does crave for chaat and chai.

This place is very good to much with all age groups here.

So what will be the better way of having it served with a new twist?

Chaayos always comes up with the new add-up dishes to its menu and to this season they have:-

In Veg:-

– Bhelpuri

– Samosa Matar Chaat

In Non-Veg:-

– Egg White Chaat

– Chicken Keema Papdi Chaat

As I am a veggie I preferred to go with veg once.

The very first what I had was Bhelpuri.

They have given a very good twist if tangy and spice to the bhel.

The flavor is enhanced in the bhelpuri with the ingredients they used.

The way of serving is very presentable.

The taste is very good.

The next we have is Samosa Matar Chaat

The way the samosa chaat arrives looks soo tempting.

Again the way they have served is the most presentable way.

The chaat is very good in taste.

If I say in bambaiya laungage then it is served with the ragda in which they have given their own twist and taste.

The taste of both the chaat is not very spicy.

All age group can enjoy it.

If anyone wants their chaat or any ordered food to be more or less in terms of spices, or being choosy with the ingredient, they do serve you the way you want it to be.

The next comes Palak Patta Crispies And as the name go, You can guess the way the chaat can be. This the the most healthy chaat you can probably have. It is the leaf of spanich, diped in the basan batter and fried and topped with the onions, tomatos and many good stuff and the chutneys make the taste goes to the next level. If you are in search of some new thing in chaat and opting for healthier one then this one can be the one for you.

The next is the Kulfi Shake

I was assuming it that it would be the over sweetened one, just typical type.

But I appreciate the way Chaayos have done its work making the kulfi shake.

This is not at all that type oversweet taste and has the perfect amount of suger level to it.

Very good.

The colour is creamish and has the rose petals to it, which works cooling ingredient to the body.

The preparation is very well.

I liked it.

After kulfi shake, here comes cake shake.

What a better way of having a cake in drinking form.

Again the taste is not oversweet. Just right.

It has good chocolate cake flavor to it, which actually attracts all age groups.

After cake shake why not try cake as well ?

So here I had Chocolate Factory Cake.

It has named perfect a chocolate factory cake.

The taste is soo chocolaty and gives very good taste.

The size of the chocolate factory cake is a bit extra,

You will need an accompany to finish it off.

So make sure you have someone along with you to share Chaayos.

That’s all for this visit of Chaayos.

My experience form Chaayos was amazing.

I would even like to mention that the staff is very good in terms of approaching.

Here is the coffee house what the suburbs actually needed.

Coffee by di Bella is now at Mumbai suburbs in Malad location.

It has been opened just last month here and already has it’s crazy followings to come down here.

The location is much easy accessible to reach.

The coffee house has a wide spread out.

If you talk about sitting than it has indoor as well as outdoor sittings too.

The main USP they have in here is for sure their range of coffee and desserts but they are much keen about the hospitality service.

This Coffee House if pet friendly and there are very few places where you can take your pet along.

As I was having words with the di Bella team so what I got to know is they pay attention to each customers need and assures they get best experience here.

Let me take you to the interiors,

The interior is very modern comfort and has a hint of royalness to it.

The sitting arrangement is very cool and has tables for couple and groups too.

The furniture is very comfy.

The interiors are much vibrant and have some good music going on.

That was all about an upper view about di Bella.

Now let me share my experience here with food.

And as the name suggest, can’t get ahead without coffee.

So the very first thing I was having here was coffee.

The name of this coffee is “coffee v/s ice-cream”

I must say Coffee by di Bella does true justice with its name it has some most unique and very new and amazing concepts of coffee in the house, and coffee v/s ice-cream is one of them.

This coffee v/s ice-cream is served in a process of the glass with ice-cubes and a ice-cream comes over your table and here comes the best part to flaunt on the social media.

The milk is pour and then the coffee concentrate / concoction over it.

It’s such an amazing way of serving it, just a liked it soo much.

And the way the two color of the layer is been created is soo happening to see.

To tell you about they taste of this coffee v/s ice-cream, so people’s having sweet preference will be needing to add sugar as per your requirements on your own to it.

And if you are the person who likes to have coffee as such then you are gonna love it.

So that was about coffee, then we have Nachos on the table.

They have such an impressive way of serving the nachos.

I just really liked it.

And more than it’s look I actually loved the flavor which it turned out to me.

To tell you frankly it’s been the bestest thing I had and loved the most from my this experience.

No doubt all other dishes were well prepared and good in taste but the nachos are now being my top fav here.

The nachos are soo fresh and topped with some salad preparation and cream mix makes this nachos look soo exotic and presentable to eyes.

There is a preparation of rajma with some good flavorful ingredients to it, just Undernet nachos placed.

Well for me that was like a surprise because I finished my nachos and then I get to know that there this preparation too to this plate.

But yes they serve you a good generous quantity of cheese so you are good to have it with cheese sauce.

And the cheese sauce is made like some magic to it.

I mean from where did this discovery happened ?

I am soo in love with the cheese sauce they serve with nachos, it’s figure licking good.

I am soo sure that if you order nachos and this cheese even, you will be wanting others to try that here.

A big Big Big thumbs up for this delicious cheesy discovery.

And I strongly recommend to have overloaded nachos here because it’s divine cheese sauce.

Chef you gotta magic in your hands to this dish.

After nachos then comes a turn of pizza.

Each thing I am having here has some wow and new factor touch to it.

The name of this pizza is “every day is a Sunday pizza”

This is a thin crust pizza.

Just perfect with the crust.

Because thin crust pizza are meant to have crunch to it and this was just perfect in terms of its base preparation.

The ingredients were soo exotic.

You won’t find this kind of exotic toppings other where easily.

When I was having my 1st slice of pizza, there was a good flavor but I was totally blank that what are the ingredients ?

I mean I am just having the pizza with no idea what’s put in there.

But I was just guessing the ingredient as i thought it’s a Kokum which was totally wrong.

I asked the staff regarding it and then the chef on his own turn up to us and explained us in a very kind and informative way that in Italy the pizzas are incomplete without tomato’s to it.

Agree ?

Yes, so these are the sun dried tomatoes and has flavors added to it and that’s why they are likely to rate on a tangy and spicy side.

And then the other ingredient was totally exotic for me to consume.

That was some sort of bamboo tree roots or something with it. Also widely used in Italy in pizza preparation.

This pizza did turned out very information to me.

Thanks to the chef for explaining it in a very interesting way.

My experience in Coffee by di Bella was totally an amazing experience.

Yes I know coming to di Bella and not having it’s waffle and freak shake is an incomplete journey, but there the reason I am on to come next time here for those desserts.

Coffee By Di Bella Exclusive Boom, Here is the coffee house what the suburbs actually needed. Coffee by di Bella is now at Mumbai suburbs in Malad location.

A little gem. Hidden in the middle of residence it has a small temple: Walkeshwar hindu temple. Majorly known as Banganga. It is very ancient tank predating Mumbai 's history. The place offers solitude and bliss in chaotic city. The village adjoining the tank is very quite and peaceful. I’ve been living in Mumbai for last 23 yrs but never had the oppty to go here before. It is surrounded by many temples. Priest performing pujas and some having bath in the tank is a usual site. Explored this place for the first time over the weekend around. Traveler interested in local history of the city should definitely visit the place. It’s very nice n tranquil. Taxi from Grant Road station (west) is the best way to get there. You won’t get a place to park the car nearby, have to walk for about 10 mins from the place you can park your car. Easy to reach but parking can be tricky at times. The place is clean, like all Mumbai, and very peaceful. But on reaching the tank area, feeling is serene, calm & peaceful. It is well maintained, neat and clean. The place is considered holy by many and have all the means to carry out last rites for hindu folk. Apart of mumbai not many know about or like to visit but the entire area is surrounded by colourful canopies and shops in the festive season. The waterbody is huge and has ghats all around. Couple of steep steps down leads to this tank, rectangular with steps all around. Surrounding the tank there are many beautiful ancient temples & the small village houses with people living in them. The water in the tank is not so clean but you’ll find people swimming in it. There is mythology to the development of this water in this tank. The place is photographer's delight. A resident approached us and we talked. He was very happy to live here, with the reservoir just nearby, clean and fresh air, away from the tumble of the city. A very beautiful and peaceful place to be. Should visit if you are in mumbai. Awesome view all around.
