I currently am sitting in bed debating on pur91ng

I had a green tea with no milk or sugar, Greek yogurt, a donut(biggest mistake stg what made me b1n93), a lettuce and watermelon salad with a sprinkle of Parmesan(have to eat lunch I work a big girl job and they WILL say smth), then my f@t ass fucking made myself two eggs with cheese and half a cup of baked beans

I genuinely feel so sick

And I need all the tips please I could really use them

I really don’t want my partner to notice how bad it actually is, he thinks I’m just being food conscious 😃
