Sam saw people doing this and convinced me to so.. here, I guess.
100 - I’ll drink more water. (Glasses of water consumed: 8)
200- I’ll try to go to bed earlier. (Working on it)
500- I’ll tell someone about my nightmares.
1000- I’ll tell Steve about some missions.
1500- I’ll tell Tony about Howard.
2000- I’ll tell Sam about Riley.
2500- I’ll try to find one of my old handlers and confront them.
3000- I’ll tell Steve about Zemo.
3500- I’ll tell Sam about Zemo.
4000- I’ll tell my therapist about Zemo.
5000- Suggest something for me to do and we’ll see how it goes.
