Ryan Coogler is my new favourite director because god knows what they would do without him. He respected the Black Panther and Chadwick Boseman with solid justification without inappropriate CGI or lousy plot just to make us feel better, we’ve lost them both and i truly appreciate his slow paced plot in the story telling of the new Black Panther WHILE STILL INTRODUCING A NEW VILLAIN. With the appropriate amount of jokes, a heartfelt opening scene, beautiful origin story of Namor, and the conflict between shuri becoming the black panther, this is the standard that i need for MCU to return.

Love that Shuri got to express her anger in ugly, messy ways like she was able to be cold and calculating to lash out and get in people's faces and be ruthless with none of the characters telling her she's wrong for it or trying to downplay her feelings just offering support and understanding
