**This fan art is a derivative work of Resident Evil 9: Requiem, created by Capcom ____________ I've been really enjoying Resident Evil 9 and wanted to do more practice and finally do some RE fanart, so I chose the Raccoon City ruins. It's been fun learning things this way.
I wanted to put the 4 Inktober 2025 animations together in a short video.
#Inktober 2025 Prompts 4-6 Murky, Deer, Pierce I was excited to draw some Eastward designs. Pixpil's art is really cool.
This one is murky, deer, and pierce
These are the final images for prompts 1-3. I was happy to learn that Krita can make screen tone of various types, too. The stabilizer option for the pen and the pen size being set to 7 for a 1920 x 1080 canvas worked well. The smaller, lower resolution canvas was better with a size 5 pen. The default large dip pen is called "ink-4 Pen Rough".
I feel like I learned a lot trying to do some of the Inktober prompts. I may do more over time, but I only finished a few last month. I did some fan arts for mustache, weave and crown in this video. It was fun doing some mini animations as well!
And this is the timelapse video for the Touka fan art.
I've been wanting to do some Tokyo Ghoul fan art for a while now and I'm glad I've learned some things while making this. Found out it was the 10th anniversary of Tokyo Ghoul while looking up reference, too. That's cool! So that timing worked out, haha.
Never knew about this delightful abomination until I saw Drawfee play Monster Rancher 2. It was so bizarre to see how these move around, but it turned out to be a really cool monster! Thanks Drawfee! The livestream was hilarious too, haha.
I made this as an intro for my Parasite Eve tribute. Still have a lot of learning to do but animation is always fun to see come to life in real time.
Video is edited in Blender 4.2 Animated in Krita 5.2
This is my time-lapse of the Parasite Eve fan art. I did a little animation, as well. Doing fan art is great practice. And these are the reference images I made in Blender for drawing in Krita.
Every year around early December, the songs "Out of Phase" and "Missing Perspective" by Yoko Shimomura get stuck in my head. I remember playing Parasite Eve during that time of year a long time ago….
This is one I like to revisit often. I used to draw a lot of "evolution sequence" type of things and drew Eve from the cover art and in-game in my old sketchbook haha. ___________ Parasite Eve novel by Hideaki Sena Parasite Eve games by SquareSoft/SquareEnix
I wanted to try doing something for the Lunar New Year this time. The new moon is a home photo of the moon with an overlay. I was inspired by linocut printing and wanted to keep it dark to highlight the new moon. 2025, Year of the Wood Snake
Last November, I was having fun with Silent Hill 2 and the remake so I was inspired to do some fan art. This is based on Masahiro Ito's remake concept art for the Bubble Head Nurses. Designs by Masahiro Ito Silent Hill by Konami and Team Silent Silent Hill 2 Remake by Konami and Bloober Team Krita 5.2.3 Recorder Docker for painting capture
The first time-lapse I did for my youtube page. I started painting itat the end of summer, so I was inspired by one of the flowers associated with August. I used Medibang Paint Pro and and Photoshop to paint Blender 3.6 for video editing (Also first time making a song for the video.)
Also for Halloween 2023, I did a little fan animation of the Hitori Kakurenbo bear from the game Paranormal Syndrome by Yuuyami no Kisetsu. I used Fire Alpaca and Krita 4.3 to animate
