RE: Horror Survivor
Before I had a over complicated stat spread for every character when it came to Horror Survivor, and wanted to simplify it to five stats, while doing research I referenced a few of my favorite games. Dead by Daylight became my final stop and for both killer and survivor there are three categories post game for how well you did or did not do.
Using the before hand D6 method of my old spread I averaged the old stats into three categories that I should have used from the get go.
Outwit (Mental and Social Game), Outplay (Physicality) and Outlast (Luck and Special Powers). With a score of 1 symbolizing weak and a score of 6 symbolizing powerful we now have a much more simplified version of my old stats which were STR, DEX, CON, INT, EDU, SOC, REL, LUK, POW (Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution converted into Outplay. Intelligence, Education and Social converted into Outwit. Religion, Luck and Power turned into Outlast to cap off the original two seasons stats).
I'm going to be editing Season One to make sure the original winner could potentially still win with the stat rework I've already implemented for future seasons.
In honor of DBD being what helped me simplify my overly complicated rule set Season Three will be the all Dead by Daylight x Survivor season so if there's any survivor or killer you want to see that is fully original to Dead by Daylight let me know.
For simplification and setting purpose the Horror Survivor universe takes place in the fog, and thus allows Vampires or other night-based monsters to play the game of Horror Survivor.
