"Yeah, yeah, totally. You also forgot Cops, those are the worst kinds of people who call me that." Foggy mumbled, rolling his eyes and picking back up his glass, taking a sip again. "Have I ever told you about the time I almost got arrested?"
"You almost got arrested?!" You squeak out, blushing as you realized the high pitched voice crack. "I mean- no, you haven't-"
He looked over you, watching your cheeks burn a slightly darker color. He reached out to do something but quickly pulled away, rolling his eyes again. "Well, yeah, a few times. I mean, I was walking to an active crime scene, but I'm a lawyer!"
You both laughed, and drank again. it felt good, just the two of you.
The night went on, more jokes and stories exchanged. An entire bottle later, you found yourself stumble around the sidewalks of Hell's Kitchen with his arm around you. You heard the drunken singing, or maybe rambling, of Foggy as he guided you towards his apartment a few blocks away.
As you staggered up the stairs to Foggy's apartment, your heart started to race, realizing what might happen. You swallowed hard and looked over at him, seeing his beaming smile and carefree attitude, that still lingered even when intoxicated beyond belief.

This is overly long overdue however, I really have been working up the words and courage to actually make a well thought out post in regards to my account.
