This account is an art blog, but now it's turned mostly into a Love and Deepspace fan account! I make jokes about it every time I post my art.
I am 30+! To me, it is important to let others know I am older, as some folks online do not wish to be moots or engage with people over a certain age, and I want to respect those boundaries!

What is your blog about?
I will die on this hill of my account being an art blog! However, for the past 9-10 months, it has become a LADS fan account. Love and Deepspace happen to be the 1st game in a long time that has made me stick around on Tumblr after a decade+. I chose to not make a new account for 2 reasons: 1. I was lazy lol 2. I wanted an account that wasn't new, and I felt since I was not using it anyway, why not?
What do you draw? Do you do commissions?
I draw original characters. I rarely do fanart because I don't want to be in that corner of only getting moots over fan art. No, I do not do commissions, but I do trades if we have some rapport.

How did you get into Love and Deepspace?
I saw an ad while playing another otome game and thought LADS was some AI BS. I was going to ignore it, but I looked into it more so I could laugh at the clown AI game. That was when I found out the clown was me all along and it was not an AI game but a game YEARS in the making. It was still a few months before launch, so I read up all I could and checked out their social platforms. Been a fan since.
Who do you main?
I'm an all LIs fan. I don't have a bias. All of them scratch parts of my brain that make me happy.
How long have you been playing LADS?
I have been playing since launch! I took small breaks here and there! But I do have the pre-lease/launch items!
Do you have an OC, or do you self-insert?
Great question! I do have OCs, mainly 2, but their versions do change up due to timelines.

Are you a lorehead/gatekeeper?
Kinda? I am on the firm belief of acknowledging head canons as your or your group's views as long as you keep it that way.
I do, however, enjoy reading up on Love and Deepspace lore and believe canon should be used in some instances to avoid misinformation. Am I the best at knowing LADS lore? Hell no! No matter how much you think you know about a game's lore, there will ALWAYS be missed or forgotten parts.
Views on NON! MC vs MC?
MC is just a template for us. I don't make her into her own person; to me, she is a stand-in for our world, for our daydreams. My OCs are the main characters, and the LIs adore MY OCs.
But I also do not tolerate MC slander on my TL. 80% of MC slander comes from a place of internalized misogyny and made-up rivalry. Besides, if you ever experience being hated on because of the insecurities of other people, it leaves painful memories. Memories I'd rather not think of. I keep words filtered out to avoid it, but sometimes posts slip through, and I block them.

How do you feel about p2w/gacha?
This will be an L take-—I fully believe if you are informed of a game being a gacha game and you still choose to play it, there needs to be SOME accountability on your end too.
Gacha games are predatory by default; it IS gambling and if they involve real money or collateral with worth for a CHANCE to win, it is a predatory tactic.
Views on whaling?
I don't pocket watch others, and you shouldn't either. You can't demand free rewards from acts whales achieved for the company and harass said whales for spending. Unless it's from your wallet, mind your business on how other players spend their money.
View on boycotts?
I also stand on speaking up when a game involving gambling slips down a bad slope. When gachas start breaking outfits into several pieces and it's not a fashion gacha game, it needs to be addressed. I support boycotts as long as they are well organized.
Gaming rates are made by your regional gaming board. Infold does not have any control over what the rating will be for their games until it hits specific REGIONAL benchmarks
Love and Deepspace is an 18+ game in several countries, especially China; I'm pretty sure you have to confirm you are an adult on top of it.
Is it bad that the toxic CN players *might* have been minors? YES!
The problem is not only about ratings; it's about minors accessing adult spaces. If it's true that all of this was caused by minors in CN where it's 18+ rated, that is telling us underage people will not listen to ratings and will find ways to access an adult game.
If you want change in gaming apps, you need to contact the gaming board committee instead of just blaming Infold! We have been having this conversation for years now, and it's getting nowhere because not enough people are contacting the right places and want to blame devs when they have no control over other countries ratings.

News flash! Most games are required to have a rating! Having Love and Deepspace be teen-rated in some countries when it is an 18+ game where it originates from should at least have a rating above "Teens" "teen+"
It's lowkey weird that y'all think the lower the rating = the less the government is involved when the issue is minors being in spaces they shouldn't be because CN HAS LOVE AND DEEPSPACE AS AN 18+ GAME.

Y'all will believe anything if someone claims it from CN side, no research, no proof!
Some of you are childish. Stop blaming other games for Infold's inability to handle poor communication and efforts to handle toxic players. Silent Whispers had nothing to do with Infold. Are they rivals? yes! Did Papergames sue them YEARS ago? yes. News flash! If companies feel their IP or trademark is infringed upon, they have every right to sue. Sony sues companies; Nintendo sues companies. Companies being rivals does not make them the reason for Valko's cancellation.
3. While we are on the topic of Silent Whispers. Their being active RN is because of Bilibili World NOT because Infold is having a scandal. Again, y'all don't do any research and assume another dev studio is making digs at Infold. Also, the SW game character, Theron, was announced months before Valko- are we deadass saying Archosaur Game predicted the future for Infold and made a character who looks nothing like Valko then created a smear campaign day one for said character that is not announced yet?? Do you know how y'all sound?
4. Global side thinks being mean and calling out a few toxic racist, homophobic, and misogynistic CN players is equal to being just as bad. Global and CN LADS fans do not have the same power dynamics in this fandom, I wish we did. Infold treats the CN side vastly differently from Global, Global can barely get answers from them.
NGL; LADS fandom has been exhausting for a long time now, and I think it's time to take a good hard look at ourselves and the level of parasocial addiction Infold created.
I wish the best for Infold and LADS, but I don't think I can look at the game the same for a while. I will always love LADS but this week made me see why Infold was able to be so disrespectful for so long; the majority of this fandom will defend a billion-dollar company for a bunch of pixel men coded and scripted to tell you they love and adore you.
Infold has ghosted y'all, you can blame anyone else, but you cannot deny the fact that Infold is actively choosing not to say anything while feeding CN side apologies and a few context here and there.
I've never been all that into Playstaion. Their library just never really appealed to me and I never had a real PS experience until I got to try the PS5 for myself.
But holy shit, this recent stunt they pulled made me lose all hope for this company. Discontinuing all physical games is the worst thing that could happen to gaming and media in general.
And it's so ironic, too. Originally, Playstation got the upper hand because they decided to use discs over cartridges, but now they're losing because they decided to get rid of discs.
You can trash on Nintendo and their game card system all you want, but Sony is objectively the more evil corporation. At least with Nintendo, you still have a physical cartridge you can share with people (digitally or not). Sony just gives you a download code and tells you to go fuck yourself.
Say goodbye to second hand games. Say goodbye to collectors editions. Say goodbye to proper game preservation. Say goodbye to all your money because you'll be paying all of it, not just for the games, but all the memory space you'll need to play the damn things.
You just know that in the future, you will never own anything again. All your "purchased" games are actually just rented and they can take them away from you whenever they want. And you know damn well that they'll never lower the prices, too. You'll buy the newest flagship title at 80$+ and one day you will not be able to play it anymore because your "license" ran out.
If buying isn't owning, then piracy is not stealing.
