I hate periods so much

I’ve been bloated +10lbs for 2 weeks and it’s making me want to die

I went on a trip and I was very careful about how much I ate and when I got home the scale said I gained 13lbs

How the hell did I gain 13lbs in 1 week??? Especially when I was careful??
