i had my second therapy appointment today and like idk,,,

ive never done therapy or anything like it ever so it's all so new so ofc the whole thing is just weird but i feel like i just don't vibe with her?

like i low-key feel like therapy won't help and like,, very genuinely ive done p okay when ive tried to recover on my own like ik what needs to be done im just bad at relapsing

but also idk i just don't like her that much? like she hasn't done or said anything to make me feel that way it's just eh

like i also feel like id vibe better with someone younger?? idk

but I'd feel guilty telling my parents bc it would be a waste of money to switch now yk? like that's two whole sessions wasted
