Dear agere friends,
When our CG gives us rules, it’s not a power exchange, at least it shouldn’t be one. Our CG gives us a list based on our needs, they hurt when we hurt. Don’t believe what some of the huge tumblrs are saying about rules. It’s all a total lie.
Rules/guidelines/helpfuls - Those are only SUGGESTIONS that are there to help you be your best self… For you. It’s totally up to you if you don’t want to follow it, no one can force you. There certainly shouldn’t be a punishment for your choosing not to.
What our CG gives us, is common sense stuff.
-Don’t eat candy for breakfast. It doesn’t give you any kind of energy, just a yucky belly.
-Go to bed at a decent hour. This isn’t an insult, it’s said out of care. Running on 45 minutes of sleep is really draining, I should know. I’ve done it.
-Brush your teeth. Your smile is pretty, brushing your teeth will help you keep it 😁
These lists are made BECAUSE we know what we need to be doing, our follow through is just kind of lacking. It’s not bad to have rules, it keeps us structured and not a chaotic mess.
Please stop seeing the word rules as being associated with punishment it isn’t meant like that.
I love seeing everyone’s colourings and pictures but if you don’t colour “properly” during your regression that’s okay! It’s a-okay if you:
Can’t colour inside the lines
Use too much pressure and the colour comes out uneven
Draw stick figures and other easy pictures
Use the “wrong” colours
Leave blank spaces in coloured areas
Your art is amazing because YOU made it, and you are the most amazing artist this world has ever seen! Do whatever makes you feel more little!
Caring for a Sensitive Little
♡ Use a soft voice
♡ Pease don’t shout at them
♡ Coaxing works better than ultimatums (offer a small candy if coaxing alone doesn’t work)
♡ Always have some band-aids on you (for boo-boos and “boo-boos”)
♡ Hug them often
♡ Hold their hand so they don’t wander off (they will wander off if you don’t)
♡ Only wash their comfort item while they sleep (that way they won’t be awake to miss it)
♡ Memorize their favorite foods/how they like certain foods cooked
♡ Love and cherish them with all your heart

Age Appropriate Tasks
Do you work all day? Does your baby feel guilty for not doing “enough”? Here are some tasks for regressors of all ages to complete, and maybe earn rewards doing!
Ages 0-3:
🍼 Take a nap!
🍼 Eat 1 serving of fruits and veggies
🍼 Get dressed (1 onesie/cute outfit, cute socks, no PJs all day)
🍼 Put back toys
_______________________________________
Ages 4-8
🐣 Color a picture
🐣 Draw you and themselves (can be stick figures)
🐣 Take a nap (if needed, some won’t sleep without you)
🐣 Draw the alphabet
🐣 Write a small story about what they did today
🐣 Put back toys
🐣 Put away dishes
🐣 Practice counting instead of tantrums
🐣 Get dressed
_______________________________________
Ages 8-15
🐥 Do their homework
🐥 Study something new
🐥 Clean their room
🐥 Get dressed (weather appropriate)
🐥 Make themselves a meal (soups and pasta dishes are really good and easy for beginners)
🐥 3 small chores (vaccuum, clean litter box, put away dishes, etc…)
_______________________________________
Always remind your regresser how good they are! Even on days when doing any of this is too hard.
Happy caring~!

~Being Little in Public~
Hello everybody!
I’d like to encourage Littles to show off their Littleness in public without fear of judgement/shaming/mockery/being too ~obvious~, OR making others uncomfortable, so here are some handy hints for embracing your Little side (safely) in Public spaces.
🎒 Backpacks ~ backpacks are a great way to keep all your Little stuff together in one place, and can be a Little accessory in themselves! Google things like “kawaii backpack” or “harajuku backpack” for some adorable ideas!
🍼 Water bottles ~ the OG of sippy cups! Buy a cute themed one, or a plain one and decorate it with stickers! Holding it with two hands makes me feel extra Little, but do whatever works for you.
📚 Colouring Books ~ easy to get away with in public, as Adult Colouring Books are a legit thing nowadays. Make sure you pack your best crayons/markers!
🎧 Listening to Music ~ I’ve got a whole Spotify playlist dedicated to Littlespace (full of Disney and soft songs mostly), which is perfect for on-the-go. Fill your ears with whatever makes you feel safe and warm!
📖 Reading ~ depending on your Little age, you might like to pack a light novel for your Trip Into The Public Realm (or an audiobook to listen to!). I’m planning a post on Best Little Books, so keep an eye out for ideas!
🍭 Candy ~ things like pop rings, candy bracelets/necklaces, and lollipops are a great public substitute for teething rings/pacifiers (or if you just have a sweet tooth!).
👕 Oversized Clothes ~ another great (and subtle) way to feel Little in public. Wearing biiig clothes can make you feel eeextra small, so give it a try - I would recommend comfy hoodies and cardigans that give you sweater paws!
🎲 Stim Toys ~ Stim Toys are very common these days, so things like Fidget toys and spinners won’t garner a second glance. There are also Rubik’s Cubes, marble mazes, and water ring games!
🎮 Games ~ If you’re lucky enough to have a DS or Switch, now is the time to use it! Otherwise, there are Tamagotchis, Digimon, and cheap handheld game options available at most toy stores!
✂️ Crafts ~ a good one for Older Littles, things like knitting, crochet, sewing, and papercraft are fine in public!
🖍 Activity Books ~ look for easy options, like cartoon-themed activity books, puzzle books, crosswords, word-searches, and look-and-finds!
That’s it for now, anyway! Don’t let anyone dull your sparkle, and remember to stay safe out there in the Big World 💜

Age Regression Journal Ideas!
Not long ago I posted a photo of the cover of my regression journal, and a few people were wondering what sorts of things could go in it!
So, for anyone who wants to make their own, or has one and is looking for inspiration for things to do in it, here are some ideas!
Writing Prompts:
✿ If you’re stuck for ideas, a great place to start is to write a little about yourself! What’s your name, favourite nickname, colour, animal? What makes you feel small?
✿ If you struggle with remembering to look after yourself at all, a self-care checklist can be great!
✿ Write profiles for your stuffies! You can draw them too, or print photos of them and stick them in!
✿ Do you play out stories with your stuffies, dolls or other toys? Write them down!
✿ If you enjoy writing stories, make up a fairy tale! Maybe you and your caregiver (if you have one) could be in it!
Other Ideas:
✿ When you get a new stuffie, keep the tag and glue it in! The same goes for cute bits of packaging - cut out bits of them and stick them in too!
✿ Draw or doodle anything you like! For an idea to get started, how about some kiddie or baby things like pacifiers and building blocks?
✿ Decorate what you write with stickers! Bonus: use stickers to make a whole scene or picture! Draw in the gaps, or draw first and add stickers after!
✿ If you have loose colouring pages, stick them in or keep them between the pages of the journal! Some journals have pockets in the back, so you could use that if you like!
This is just a short list of ideas, there’s loads more you could potentially do! Feel free to add to this if you like!
♥ ✿ ♥ Hope this helps inspire you to start journalling! ♥ ✿ ♥
Please feel free to send me asks or questions, lovelies!
It could be about anything from questions about safe v.s unsafe tags, regressing or getting into your little space, even if something’s troubling you and you need someone to talk to!
