Shout out to UPS for delivering my saddle to the wrong address, which meant it sat out in the rain for a full evening, leaving it water logged 🙄

This is mainly for photoshoots, but I purposefully picked a brand that used softer, higher quality leather in case it fit Fuego well enough to ride in. It’s SOAKED. The wet spots feel like it could rip apart with how much water it absorbed.

On the plus side, if you’re looking for a solid older saddle, Passier is worth it so long as your delivery company doesn’t screw things up.

So, plot twist, I’m leasing Casalli for the month of March, or at least until he sells. He’s currently in an auction and could have a new owner as soon as two weeks . . . Nonetheless, I hope this experience will give me the confidence that I need to bigger fences so that I can better support Fuego in the future. I’ve been trying to formulate some type of plan with Casalli for a while now, and this is the best option for everyone.

Starting to consider offering sales photos professionally, especially since I’m so close to Wellington. Adult life is expensive, and graduating post pandemic / pre economic recession hasn’t helped . . .
