Detailed Look at the Air Jordan 1 Hi' 85 "Georgetown"

NBA All-Star Weekend 2020 marked the highly-anticipated return of the Air Jordan 1 Hi ‘85, but since then, the model has only rolled out a meager three colorways to the public. However, that will soon change in 2022 as the Jordan Brand has intentions of dropping more iterations of the classic silhouette, the next being this three-toned Air Jordan 1 Hi ‘85 “Georgetown” colorway.

The kicks first surfaced back in October of last year, but detailed shots of the pair have now emerged. As you can infer by its namesake, it’s the Hoya-inspired colors that take the lead here, the most dominant being a “College Navy” hue that dresses up the smooth leather overlays, Swooshes ankle flaps and Nike Air logos on the tongues and the ball-and-wings markings. Arriving closely behind are the heightened collars and quarter panels which are done up in “Summit White,” and further contrasts are found atop the pre-yellowed tongues and creamy shoe laces that spruce up the sneakers with a vintage effect. Crisp white midsoles and navy treading strings together its collegiate design.

Take an Official Look at the Air Jordan 3 "Camo"

Following the release of two Air Jordan 10 “Camo” colorways, Jordan Brand is now set to bring the look back with an Air Jordan 3 release.

The upcoming AJ3 “Camo” is centered around a mix of camouflage patterns with a patchwork upper comprised of woodland, leaf and rain camo. The contrasting mix of tones is accented by choice suede panels and bright orange on the interior. Branding comes in the form of differing Jumpman marked tongues, reverse tongue badges, printed insoles and velcro heels with swappable patches. Rounding up the design of the shoe are black/white midsoles with orange Air units paired with black rubber outsoles.

Priced at $200 USD, the Air Jordan 3 “Camo” is now expected to release November 29.

Where To Buy The Air Jordan 5 Low “Arctic Pink” Globally

Further teased at the tail end of 2021, the Air Jordan 5 Low “Arctic Pink” unofficially kickstarts the brand’s Valentine’s Day celebrations. And if you were hoping to secure your gift in advance and happen to be in the EU, you’re in luck as the colorway is slated to land overseas first this week.

Even at a glance, the offering seems perfect for the occasion. A lovely “Arctic Pink” dresses much of the leather upper, while also dyeing the eye stays, laces, and many of the parts adjacent. The netting, in slight contrast, offers a more neutral feel, though one much lighter than the black hits across the midsole and branding. Additionally, in further nod to the couples’ holiday, a hot pink accents the shoe at the tooling and lace lock.

First Look At The Air Jordan 5 “Green Bean”

Lately, both Nike and Jordan Brand have taken a vested interest in the 2000s, bringing back some of the decade’s most notable silhouettes and colorways. And soon, we’ll see the return of one of 2006’s most beloved: the Air Jordan 5 “Green Bean.”

Before in-hand images surfaced, these were assumed to be close in likeness to the original. Recent comments on IG, however, are divided, with many stating the 2022 version seems “off.” The colorway still makes use of the same parts, though, with “Green Bean” highlighting the Jumpman logo hits, midsole spikes, and lining. A “Flint Grey” accents adjacent, lying atop the silver base, whose finish is entirely reflective much like the shoe’s tongue.

The Air Jordan 5 “Racer Blue” Is Currently Set To Release On February 12th

Timeless designs, whether clothing or sneakers, are rarely ever the loudest in the pack. If you look back at the Jumpman’s most beloved OG colorways, few stretch beyond more than three shades; as a result, many of these — like the “Chicago” and “Royal” — continue to inspire droves of subsequent offerings. The Air Jordan 5 “Racer Blue” is but one of the newest in line, and it’s likely to age extremely well over time.

Though one of the silhouette’s newest propositions, the pair gives off a close-to-OG feel, one somewhat reminiscent of the “Metallic” that last appeared in 2016. “Racer Blue,” however, replaces red atop the silver metallic tongue and lace toggle, while also accenting the parts of the midsole not dressed in black or icy blue finishes. The rest of the nubuck upper is then darkened with said neutral, balancing out the aforementioned details as well as the opaque netting and the heel’s additional Jumpman.
