it still physically pains me sabrina morningstar was the one sent to the endless

if spellman had gone instead, we could have had the episode parallel of the CENTURY with sabrina morningstar and caliban teaming up with the fright club to take down satanic panic in 4.06, just like they helped with the pygmalion spell in 3.06

what’s interesting is when lilith informs of sabrina’s death and caliban reacts, the camera zooms in on beelezebub slowly side-eyeing him and looking at him suspiciously. the kings were already doubting caliban and getting the thrown, and here it seems they’re suspicious that caliban actually loves her. not saying they ever doubted he did, but probably they were unaware of how much he loved her.

Right? Caliban was indebted to those who formed him and to the purpose he was created - to rule - but he also found his own destiny along the way and started to make his own choices, namely Sabrina. He had to hide his feelings for her away in his own little Pandoras Box because there’s no room for softness or weakness in hell but there he is, a little clay man becoming real and forming his own attachments and shit.
