i genuinely hate doing fanart but i think aawil is the only thing i can enjoy drawing without it feeling like im just doing it for viewer retention

uhr the first one was part of an unfinished (not going to work on it ever again) poster idea i had for a school assignment (oil painting + colour pencil for correctionas)

the second i just started its a thumbnail for another oil painting poster i had in mind

eugh i really really need to make a committed outline for the story and stop basing things off of random daydreamed scenes i have in school

also i need to find someone who will like. criticize what i currently have because i feel like im just smashing a bunch of bs together and hoping it sounds okay

i need to understand not everyone will like it too

im too worried about making everyone happy like im pandering to too broad of a crowd

like initially i wanted more 80s murder mystery aesthetic but its more like underworld or blade than anything which like i guess is fine but idk its not what i initially wanted

also if i did start making a comic what happens when i get better at drawing bruh like theres no way id be able to sit with myself and look at the art i made before and be okay with it
