I named myself this since many people compared me to the sun because of my personality and my hair I guess too ? Also as a mental health professional I'm here to cheer everyone up and help the most unwell people see the sun again !!

You don't have to thank me, I'm just going my job and caring about my coworkers ! I know talking is not easy, especially when you're not used to it but it's the first step to getting better !

sometimes its just so hard to say it outloud it makes it feel too real.

Yeah I know it's always hard... But whenever things get too real, there are always tools to help manage whatever unpleasant emotions come... That's basically what you learn in therapy. How to accept unpleasant emotions and let them be without getting ovherwelmed !

i opened a little late today, whoopsy! 🌷

some days everything comes together in ten minutes and other days i'm standing there moving one stem around for half an hour because something just feels... off.

that last bouquet was definitely one of those. i kept changing it over and over until it finally looked right, which may or may not have something to do with who it's for…

before anyone asks... no, i'm not telling you. and if you’re my dads don’t say a word.

all i'll say is they work at the hospital and spend all day taking care of everyone else, so i figured they deserved something pretty for once.

we’re never mentioning this bouquet ever again okay?

also the shop looked so pretty today and i couldn't stop staring at all the displays, so of course i had to take pictures!!
