Depressed as hell Varian from my fanfiction!!

I based this on a description of Varian in the 2nd chapter :

“He looked downright awful. His hair was a matted mess and his clothes - or what's left of them - hung off his skinny frame. His wrists were ringed with discolored bruises from the chains and his legs were covered in various wounds. Where did those come from? His face had bruises as well. Most likely from the other guards. Her jaw tightened. Abigail was far from the only one affected by this kid. She supposed everyone took advantage of the situation.

His face was devoid of emotion as he stared at the floor, curled in a ball. He was shaking from the cold with goosebumps littering his dangerously thin arms.”
