{He leaned onto her slightly for support as he coughed holding his side lightly. He could probably guess his whole side was black and blue from the re breaking of his ribs to heal them. Though he was healed he still felt all the pain. He tried to still laugh with her, but his laugh turned into a painful cough. He looked down at her trying to smile} I’m alright…I got lippy with the wrong person is all. {His normal bright blue eyes slightly dull as he looked into her eyes}

{Layla’s face was plastered with obvious worry for the male. She ducked under his arm and helped hold him up. Noticing his hand move to his side, she frowned.} Let me see. Please. {Gently, she moved his hand away and pulled up the t-shirt. Her eyes widened at the state of it.} Jesus, Cameron. You need to get this healed or looked at. {She frowned.} Who was it? Even if you were lippy, that doesn’t mean you deserved this. C’mon. I’m taking you to get some help.

{He felt her duck under him, and he felt bad for putting a fraction of his weight on her small frame. He felt embarrassed that he was weak in front of her. When she asked to see his wounds he wasn't reluctant...he couldn't say no to her. He looked away as he felt the fabric of his shirt raise exposing the very badly bruised side. When she mentioned about him going to get healed he let another pain stricken chuckle} Funny thing is....I am healed. {He groaned as he had to walk.} I got lippy with the new government teacher...I did deserve this though, I need to stop being an asshole...{He muttered}

{Layla was surprised by his advances, but she was more surprised at her willingness to kiss him back. She knew she had developed feelings for the older male, but she had hoped they would not be so strong. Leaning into his lips, she couldn’t help but get lost in the kiss. Once their lips broke apart, a gentle sigh left Layla’s lips. Opening her eyes, she found herself staring into Cameron’s.} I’m not going anywhere. I’m here. {she replied, stroking the back of his hair. She could tell their was hidden reasons for his voice sounding scared, but she knew not to question it.}

{He moved his hands on her hips, they stayed there holding her close. He closed his eyes a moment thinking how much of a bad idea this was...him getting involved with one of his students. But then he thought about him sleeping with Reya...He still had to break that off. Still looking in her eyes he knew he didn't want to be official with her...not yet at least. He wanted to be a man that was good enough for her, and he wasn't even half way there yet. Hearing her say she would stay he let out a breath of relief leaning in kissing her once more}

This is after the “fight” between Reya and Cam. Right now one leg is broken and he is struggling to breathe pressure is all in his chest due to circulation being cut off for so long. Legs and arms are black, blue and pale. And his nose is bleeding. He is almost going to go into shock.

Oh my God! What happened to you? [held the boy’s head, putting in her lap] Where can I take you?

There were too many of her, and his eyes were rolling in the back of his head as he slowly dipped in and out of consciousness} H...Help...quick...nurse...or..healer...{He kept trying to speak to move, but he felt paralyzed with intense pain and pressure i his chest.}

{Reaching the door, Layla laid her head against it, fighting the tears. Hearing Cameron come up behind her, she sniffled.} Cameron, we… {She stopped, confused as to why he turned her. As his lips touched her’s, her eyes sprung wide; shocked by him. After a few seconds, her eyes relaxed until they were closed. Her hand reached up to the crook of his neck, the other resting on his chest. For the first time in a long time, her heart was racing for a good reason.}

{As he kissed her he felt her reaction, he was ready for her to push him off, to slap him...but neither happened. She only relaxed into him. Feeling her hand move to the crook of his neck he let his arm wrap around his lower back holding her small body close to him. He was sure his heart was going to pound out of his chest. He only hoped she couldn't feel it. He pulled away leaning his head lightly to hers breathing slightly heavily.} Don't go...please...{His voice was almost broken, he felt himself go back to when he was begging for his fiancee not to leave him}

Gripping at his shirt, she cried and cried, finally letting it all out.} I…I never meant to hurt you… Or anyone. Not even… Not even him. {She buried her face in his chest, sobbing uncontrollably.}

Tight enough to assure her she was okay, that she was safe He was shocked when she started talking, he didn't say anything, he just let it all come out, it was bound to happen he wasn't going to stop it by saying anything to hinder or discourage her}
