Harry's voice was quiet;a little whisper that shook as tears streamed down his cheeks.Snape lay unmoving in his arms,head rolling gently to the side.

"No-no no no-"Harry began panicking,heart beating against his chest like it was gonna escape.He gently shook the professor,but the man was still and his skin had gone pale.Blood continued dripping from his throat;the same red liquid that had soaked Harry's pants.

"Please-wake up-this isn't funny-"

Hermione choked on a sob,shoulders hanging hopelessly.

"I-"she started."I couldn't save him.."

Ron put his hand on Harry's shoulder to comfort him,leaning down to whisper in Harry's ear;"He's gone,mate..."

"He's not!"Harry cried out,pulling Snape's body closer and burying his face into his thick,black hair,fingers digging into it as he tightened his grip.

"Please-I can't do this without you-please-don't leave me-"he pleaded,but only silence answered him.

When people say that James didn't SA Snape i wanna punch them.HE LITERALLY STRIPPED SNAPE INFRONT OF MULTIPLE TEENAGERS!That's literally SA!He pobably even showed the students Snape's male genitials.If Snape was a woman yall would HATE James,BUT NO!Of course you can like him but you have to understand that he was a horrible person and honestly idc that he died,it was sad but i cant feel any sympathy for him.

One of my fav Harry Potter fanfic tropes is doomed,angsty Severitus.Snape and Harry's dynamic and relationship had so much potential and I prefer the idea of them having a complicated mentor-student relationship and secretly caring for eachother.I wish we could have had Snape being an important part of Harry's life before he came to Howgarts and taking care of him when the Durselys were being abusive,then their complex story ending in Snape's death.Doomed Severitus is my comfort trope
