I block freely!! but honestly I don't tend to block much anyway. you have to be really fucked up in the head in order for me to block you. and for the most part I'm okay with anyone interacting with my blog! as long as they aren't racist, homophobic, sexist, ableist, and overall a fucking asshole. I'd also prefer if adults don't interact with my blog! It's okay to reblog, like, leave a comment, and even be mutuals with me! BUT!! don't try to interact with me on a personal level!!
