Big fan of your blog! Could we see a post on the Iranian F-14A Tomcats during the Iran-Iraq war, been reading the book "Iranian F14 tomcat units in combat" and it's amazing how well they did and becoming a truly feared aircraft to the Iraqi Air Force despite all of the operational problems and lack of parts the IRIAF faced in keeping them running. Hoping to build a model of one soon!

And yeah, Iranian pilots were something else, dare I say they were even better than their american counterparts, combat experience does that to fighters.

The Persian cat was a magnificent beast to behold, and her riders were among the best damn pilots the world has ever seen.

What a picture, this is what I like to call the “5th Gen aesthetic”, clean lines, lights and angular surfaces everywhere. Gorgeous, a 5th gen ship for a 5th gen fighter, the world has never seen anything like this yet.
