“Yeah, and I’m the clumsy one,” the young tom grinned as he hopped down from the old milk crate he’d been perched upon. He reached out to help Victoria get up, knowing all too well what it was like to tumble and fall. “Don’ worry,” he added, a friendly laugh matching hers. “I promise I won’t tell ‘em you fall down just like the resta us.”
