I wrote many many pages of lyric ideas for Atlantisia, then completely changed direction and landed on this. (I still might use those other ideas for another song, so I'm not including them here.)
As you may know, I'm opening for Fish in a Birdcage here in Brooklyn on August 1.
After that, it looks like I will play exactly three more shows this year, where I'll be headlining. I can't say much about them yet, except:

If you are hellbent on seeing me play a headliner-length set (e.g., 16+ songs), they may be worth traveling to. (However, life is a rich tapestry and I don't have Future Vision, so don't blame me if it turns out I make it big and end up playing a show right around the block from you five months later.)
On the other hand, if you are in the western United States and are content to hear 9 or 10 songs, you may get your wish in early 2027.
All this being said, "the best laid schemes o’ Birds an’ Men / Gang aft agley," as the poet Robert Burns (almost) wrote. So. Who's to say how it'll all actually play out.
For clarity's sake: the 3 headliner shows in 2026 (in an as-yet-undisclosed state in the US) are separate from the possible early 2027 shows (in the western US) where I would be the opener.
The point of this information being that if you're west of the Mississippi, you may not have to travel as far to see me in early 2027, though my set length at those shows would be shorter.
If you are just slightly east of the Mississippi, the shortest drive to any of these shows (2026 and early 2027) would be 5 to 6 hours.

It will likely be at a small venue not somewhere notable like red rocks in Colorado
I don't have a clue what the blood moon means, possibly a time of month or a date like @/alex-ham51 suggest
2 birds, this is a but tricky but it could be referring to who's playing the show. Or how many songs? (Now where the hell is my stone so I can knock out this riddle?)
The hourglass could either be the time it's at or to say running out of time, as in it'll happen soon.

a lot more complicated [obviously lol] so i'm just going to try to narrow it down!! first, the state
the only info about state in the actual post was that it was in the west, so im mostly gonna go off comments!! on the main post under @/alex-ham51's comment "*cries in east coast*" [sorry silas im also on the east coast lol]:

a couple people in the comments took this to mean that the shows were in the south, so i'm also going to interpret it like that!
the next comment with state info was under @alex-ham51's analysis post [i will be refrencing this a lot]

not touching on the rest of the comment for now, the state has now been narrowed down to a red state in the southwest usa [being generous, that would be Utah, Texas, Oklahoma, and maybe Kansas]. if it's not in the south, the list of possible states is Utah, Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming.
as for cities, im not going to take any guesses unless i have a guess on which headliner the concert is with TwT

these could honestly mean a couple things but i am going to interpret it as who the headliner is bc it's the easiest place to start. [ps thanks @rhythm-section-want-ad and a couple other friends for helping me brainstorm]
my best guess right now [also assuming that this is all reffering to one artist] is rabbitology! she's currently on tour and has shows in/around the states i mentioned before. it's definetly not a perfect answer [not enough shows in one state, for one] and i don't think it's fully right, but assuming that all the hints are rabbitology:
moon/blood - Magnanimity (Bigger Man)
birds - Preybirds
hourglass - just the general themes in her music
like i said before, this is 99% not right, but i have to go to bed so that's it for now lol

not sure about 1 state, 3 cities, but we can definitely use the red state bit to narrow it down
blood moon- the next blood moon will be in a partial lunar eclipse happening on August 28th, using this we can basically say that if my prediction is correct, August 28th will be a day with a show.
My best guess about the two birds is 1. this city is known for birds, maybe specifically pigeons
or probably the better guess, something to do with regina spektor (she has a song called two birds), but this one might also be unlikely..
not sure about the hourglass. could mean that the first show is somewhat soon?
that mystery collab I worked on a while back is finally finished! I'm so excited about how it turned out. I think it sounds the most Sparkbird-y of the three collabs I've done.
mostly I wrote music and some lyrics for the bridge, but I sing on the whole song (with the other artist). I should have more info in the next couple months!

Free freer free, as with a surprising number of Sparkbird songs, really fits this guy, so I decided to do my submission for this Sparkbird showcase on him. And with Wifi cutting out constantly and nothing much to do in the evenings without it, I ended up making this watercolour!

These are two of my ocs Fionn (pronounced Finn (Irish spelling)), and Milo. This one lyric specifically fits them because they are the main survivors of The Plot TM, and thanks to Fionn's sister Indie (who is very powerful and very incompetent and changes the very fabric of their existence beyond anything they could fix), they end up slowly forgetting everyone who they lost and live happily unaware of their own past. But yeah I love them and the whole lore is very found family wholesomeness except they're all sad :D
