This ad captures the child's surprise and experience of using LEGO. The parent, buyer of the toys, quickly recognizes his or her child and reflects that some mess could be positive. Nice product angle.
Great storytelling in this ad. The only quibble would be the distant connection to scotch. However, "extra special" signifies this gentleman and his story. In that respect, the branding works.
