An extremely rare and critically endangered Holdridge’s toad [Incilius holdridgei] photographed in Costa Rica by Randall Jiménez Q. In 2008 this toad was declared extinct, only to reappear a year later, 5 miles from it’s last known habitat. Only three specimens were found at the time, two of which were juveniles, suggesting that a very small breeding population persists.

Another Pup.

I loved working on Adventure Time, I still think about the show a LOT. I don’t want to speak for other board artists but I feel like a lot of us got caught into different manias in the show? Me at least, I obsessed about the pups, the 1000+ universe, and the future of the pups in the 1000+ universe.

I always liked the idea of them being too powerful. I love the idea of characters who are like walking nukes. Sweet P. is this too. My favorites.
