Grigori Weaver headcanons:
his hands are covered in scars, but literally none of them are from combat. Itβs knife cuts from accidents in the kitchen, tin can lids, Bobby pins, sewing mistakes, cuts he doesnβt know where they came from, cat scratches, and just literally nothing combat related. Though he tells everyone the scars on his hands are from combat.
he enjoys sewing. Often making ragdolls. Stuffed animals. Or just mending clothing. Keeps his sewing kit on him. Will sit and mend clothing when he gets the chance. With literally take his friends clothing without their permission to mend to because he knows damn well they wonβt fix it themselves.
he has a joy for cooking. Making meals from his motherβs old recipes. Heβs skilled with kitchen knifeβs, but doesnβt mean accidents donβt occur.
likes to take in or care for stray animals. Will take in wounded animals and nurse them back to health as much as he can and once he knows thereβs something wrong that he canβt fix on his own he takes them to a vet clinic.
he has a soft side. Rarely lets anyone see it.
has different flannels for different occasions.
Owns a few oversized shirts, that he only wears when sleeping. Because it feel nice. Along with less chance of the shirt bunching up around his shoulders and cutting of circulation to his arms.
owns a few pairs of heels. Doesnβt wear them, but refuses to let them be thrown in the trash. Literally anytime a female coworkers says sheβs throwing out heels weaver asks to see the heels and if theyβre still in pretty good condition or still look amazing he takes them.
definitely someone who enjoys thrift shopping. One manβs trash is another manβs treasure. Especially seeks after old vintage clothing. Or Russian items.
still owns his old school uniform. Just as a reminder of how much heβs grown. Sometimes sitting in the dark of his bedroom the dress on his lap as moonlight shines through his curtains. Pondering on what life may have been had he never left Russia.
was super shy as a child. Often hiding behind Olga, or his father. Never hiding behind his mother because she said it was unsightly for a βyoung woman to hid behind her mother.β
daddyβs boy. His father loved spoiling him in small ways. Like buying mini soldier uniforms. Which Young weaver would hide from his mother. Because she thought girls shouldnβt wear boys clothing.
female to male trans. Didnβt realize until late 20s.
he is not immune to baby fever. He sees those little babies and finds himself wanting one. Before being reminded by Carver or Hudson that their line of work is not great for having children in. Plus kids are expensive and needy.
