I never thought the day would come, but I think it's time for me to take a leave of absence from Maraudermore. For now, you can consider it sort of indefinite. I might be back (more likely), or I might not. But in the meantime, I'm taking some space.

This is probably long overdue, since I know that I haven't had the time that I wish I did for mm as of late. I'd like to apologize for that, first of all. I have had an ample amount of freetime that I didn't use to do schoolwork anyway, so I should have made time for this place. But honestly, even when I have logged in, I've just found myself too mentally or emotionally or s...omething else worn-down to really stick around for extended periods of time. So there's one good reason, I hope?
Lately, mm has seemed to lose its magic, that one thing that made it so different from everywhere else for me. I don't know what that thing was, I don't know where it went, and I don't aim to blame anyone or anything-- in fact, it could just be me that's changed. Nevertheless, I'm not getting what I used to out of it, hence... a rest. I'm giving it a rest.
· it’s not that I don’t love you guys; in fact, it’s more because I love you guys that it seems prudent for me to at least take the break now. Please don’t think this means I don’t want to talk to you; there are plenty of ways you guys can get in contact with me (skype, aim, any of the billion and a half tumblrs I have, facebook, twitter) and I really hope that you do? Because you’re my family, aight. It’s too late for that to change.
(A good portion of the problem-- this is a sidenote; so unstructured, I'm sorry-- I think, is that I'm starting to take things so much more personally than I used to. I don't rp to compete or to stake myself against other people, but that seems like what I've been doing more recently. I should be focusing on my writing. I'm not. This is a problem.)
· I know that this sucks because there are so many plots that I want to do and so many things that I’ve agreed to do even recently, but maybe that’s another reason that it’s good for me to take some time. Roleplaying is something that’s always been helpful for me and my writing but when it becomes an obligation rather than a release, it’s no longer what I need it to be. I’m sincerely sorry, to those of you who are waiting on me for a plot. I’m happy to do plots with you elsewhere in the meantime, and there’s a pretty high chance that I’ll be back here at some point, if you guys will still have me then. Talk to me, baby~*~*~
There was more that I wanted to say, but my thoughts are so scattered right now. If you have any questions or anything, or you wanna talk about anything at all, as usual, you know where I'm at.
