I have been losing weight & gaining muscle💪🏻 now I'm lifting/squatting/benching 20 lbs!!!! I can lift 10 more weights than last time!!!!💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻😊🏋🏼‍♀️😊😊😊😈 I'm So Happy💗 I Love💗 lifting🏋🏼‍♀️💗💪🏻😈😊🤘🏻 and I am addicted to the gym!!!!💪🏻🏋🏼‍♀️💫😈❤ Next, I will lift 45 lbs!!!! And Show you guys!!!! It's been a real experience with this Fitness journey!!!! Health, Nutrition, and Wellness!!!!
