I’m going to need prayers, you guys. I’ve been suffering with sciatica for nearly a month now, This morning I woke up feeling the best I had in weeks. But then throughout the day, it started getting bad again. Tonight, it got so bad that I almost couldn’t walk. (I’ve been limping from 3 weeks and am almost always in pain when I walk but it’s never been this bad.) I had to have my mom wash my hair for me as I laid in the shower–that’s how bad it is. I’m terrified and feeling really hopeless. Please lift me up tonight.

This week has been completely awful. I’ve cried at least once every day either from the pain or the frustration. There have been multiple moments where I’m unable to walk because the pain is so blinding. On top of that, I’ve been incredibly anxious and depressed because of it all and the effect it’s had on my life. 

There’s some good news: I started a new medication and I’m getting scheduled for an epidural, which will hopefully help, though that isn’t for 3 more weeks. In the mean time, all I have is my medicine and prayer. Please say a prayer for me too, if you can <3

Hi Tumblr,

It’s been a minute. I’m mostly on Twitter now, though I lurk here occasionally. Real quick, I just wanted to type out a quick post asking for some prayers. For two weeks now I’ve been experiencing really bad sciatica. I’ve had to call out 3 times in the past week (first time I’ve ever called out at this job), and I am in the process of trying to get paperwork filled out by my doctor so that I can go to work but do what’s considered “light work.” But until my doc fills out the papers, everything’s up in the air and I have to keep calling out, which goes on my record. I’m really hoping I’ll have the paperwork completed by midday tomorrow, but I’d really appreciate prayers that everything gets settled within the next 24 hours. Thank you <3
