It’s only been a week since the tour started… I still can’t believe I get to do this.

We’ve been rollin through the Southeast. Miami, fort lauderdale, jacksonville, orange beach… and just pulled into wilmington. First time in all these places. Every stop has been a dream.

The wildest part is seeing people in the crowd singing my lyrics. I know they came for Teddy, but hearing my words come back at me like that is unreal.

I’ve been meeting people after the shows, getting dm's from folks who just found out about me. Telling me what they felt during the set. It’s the whole reason I make music in the first place.

I also had the best hot dog I've ever had in my life in Hollywood Beach, and finally got to hit Bucee’s. That place is insane.

I feel more inspired than I’ve felt in a long time. Nothing but love to Teddy Swims and his amazing team for letting me be a part of this. I'm honestly so grateful.

Wilmington… where can a guy get some good chicken tenders?

Last fall, I really fell in love with Paris.

I went for Fashion Week for the first time... had no idea what to expect. Getting invited to those shows felt like something from a different life. I never thought it was even possible. But there I was walking through the city after just trying to take it all in. The people. The food. The way the air sounds different there. I don't even know how to explain it. It was everything.

Whenever I’m in a new place, I always stop by a few record stores. I found this little spot called Betino’s and randomly found one of my old records sitting there. A vinyl I put out years ago, back when I was still in my bedroom in Victoria writing songs about dreams that felt too far away. I couldn’t believe how far some of these songs have travelled.

A couple months later, I was back in Paris playing my first show at the legendary New Morning. By the end of the show, half the crowd was up on stage with me. We turned the whole thing into a dance party. After it ended, we grabbed drinks at some spot across the street. I hung out with a bunch of kids who traveled from Germany, Romania, and the UK for the show. It didn’t feel real but it also felt like the most real thing in the world.

When I got back to my hotel around 3am, I pulled out my mic and started recording what would become Fantasy Real. I didn’t plan it. It just happened. The song fell out of me.

I sat out on the balcony until the sun came up... playing it over and over. It was one of those nights I’ll keep with me forever.

Fantasy Real means a lot to me. Before I left for tour, I just wanted y'all to have it. Hope you love it.
